Highly recommend BMW of Barrington - flawless transaction. I generally buy a new car every year or two, so I'm very familiar with the entire process. I've had some great experiences over the years and some not so great ones. I purchased a BMW X7 from BMW of Barrington - this was my first purchase from this dealership. I was referred over from a friend who had great things to say about them. I must say, the entire process was silky smooth. Everything from product knowledge, customer experience, PRICING, and delivery - all were spot on. My salesperson, Agnes, and sales manager, Andy - were awesome!! Rip off service. THEY TOOK IT BACK!! I wouldn't have believed a car dealership would take a new car back, but that's exactly what BMW of Barrington did. Not because of anything wrong wit I wouldn't have believed a car dealership would take a new car back, but that's exactly what BMW of Barrington did. Not because of anything wrong with the car, but because I mistakenly didn't check for all the options my wife wanted on what would be her 3rd Three series we had purchased from BMW of Barrington. Yesenia Cruz was our client adviser who showed endless willingness to help and make sure we were satisfied with every detail. Chris Lima came to the rescue when I discovered the 330 XI I had picked out for my wife's birthday did not have remote start. He simply said drive the car until we can find you another with remote start! Yesenia did the search and we had exactly what we wanted in about 10 days. She did such a good job I decided to get an X5 for myself! Both are fantastic cars/SUV's to drive. I have also complement Shreena our Genius for her expert instruction with all of the new features of the Idrive systems. She even arranged to have 2 geniuses come out to our house to program the remote garage door openers we had lost the clickers for. Several hours of Youtube videos had convinced me the car could not be programmed wiithout the clickers, but the geniuses got it done! Great customer service. I most certainly would recommend this dealership and its wonderful employees to anyone interested in BMW. I will certainly be back. More
