He went the extra mile and sent me a personalized video of the inside and outside of the car. Angel's professionalism definitely assisted with eliminating the worries of buying a used car out of state, un-driving and unseen. At Delivery there were very small issues in which Angel quickly addressed and vowed to work with me to get them fixed. Wow, what sales person at a dealership responds on Saturday night and on a Sunday night and within seconds; talk about going above and beyond and this is post closing of the sale.
