The car process was a breeze BUT once the vehicle was totaled we EXPERIENCED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the cancellations department when canceling the extended warranty and gap protection. The customer service experience was specifically from SHERRY @CancellationsDept. We had to conference call our finance company in which she exposed the "DEAL RESERVE"... do your research! Overall it has steered us away from financing at dealership as well as purchasing gap/warranty. It's best to get pre approved from your own bank and get coverage thru their trusted companies!! More
