After an absolutely terrible experience with another dealership Motor Works was the TOTAL opposite. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and transparent! My father and I came in to view and test drive a vehicle. Wasiq N. helped us along the way and after the test drive my father and I knew that this was the vehicle for me. Wasiq stayed after hours to answer questions, go over details, and get started on paper work. He was efficient, transparent, personable and very pleasant to work with! The vehicle was scheduled for service Wasiq made sure to provide day to day updates on the vehicle and once it was ready the purchasing process was very smooth. What we appreciated the most was that we didn’t experience the typical attack and pressure the customer car salesmen approach. Wasiq and the motor works staff focused on the relationship with the customer which again we appreciated and will be sure to do business with motor works and Wasiq N again. More
