I just took delivery of a Porsche Taycan 4S and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had from beginning to end. Ozzie Nieves was my salesperson and he was so helpful, honest, knowledgeable, pat the best car buying experience I’ve ever had from beginning to end. Ozzie Nieves was my salesperson and he was so helpful, honest, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. They have something called One and Only where you were with one person across their brands and that person closes the deal with you right there at the desk - an hour all in. No walk to the F&I office for a hard sell of window etching, insurance, and other annoyances. They did everything they promised and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Motorwerks - and I have no affiliation or have received no compensation of any kind. More

We had gone to a few different dealers before and either we were greeted with contempt or hounded but at BMW of Barrington the opposite happened. We had an idea of what we wanted and got something better. James K. was great. He was totally down to earth, answering all our questions, not pressuring us to buy, and giving us info that we didn’t even think about. It totally eased my annoyance of car shopping. We even talked about UFC as we waited for other details on our X5. We came back a few days later to pick up the vehicle and finish some paper work and again great service from everyone. We hung out for a bit with James and the conversation was all pleasant. We had the tech guy, Jace, show us the cool features and he was so friendly and knowledgeable! As we waited for a few more things cause well computer glitches, we did not feel annoyed or bothered just hanging out and talking to James and Ryan D., who also came to just chat and give us cool info about Motor Works and the how he runs this dealership! Great experience. We will definitely be coming back for any future purchases, the amazing looking car wash, and vehicle services. More
Worst customer service experience. I need to get a simple question answered. I call for a quote on a 4wheel alignment. I speak to a person who puts me on hold to speak with a servic I need to get a simple question answered. I call for a quote on a 4wheel alignment. I speak to a person who puts me on hold to speak with a service advisor and as per usual over the past 10+ years, no one is available, they want to take a message, I try to leave my question, they just want my name and phone number. No call until next day, they lost my business on that service. I call (4) different numbers for the dealership, all say , "mailbox is full" then hang up. I reluctantly use the chat function. In the end, they are unable to answer my question after answering tons of non valued added questions which yielded zero benefit to me and suggested I wait for a return phone call, so once again, I am asked to provide my name and number to "wait" for a call back. I try the phone numbers provided on the website again, all mailboxes full. I return to chat, I am greeted the exact same way. I ask are you AI / chatbot and am told no, yet I am being asked word for work, all the same questions, of course getting no where. I am then asked for the same contact information as before, which I provide. I then ask can you please call me at the number provided, that is ignored and basically have a nice day, bye. So apparently Motorworks is using a chat bot and to me has abyssmal customer service. More

I was there with my daughter and Brandon was so patient and so informative and answered any question asked, knowledgeably. This was a HUGE decision for my daughter and we were with Brandon for hours while he helped her make an informed decision. We went back the next day for her to purchase the car and he did everything in his power to make sure the purchase went smoothly and had her sign the paperwork she need to sign so she could go home and sleep. (She is a nurse that works nights.) Great experience and will definitely recommend Brandon to everyone!!! More
