I will never buy a car from anyone else. I went to numerous dealers in an effort to find a good first car for my son. I had bad experiences in every single instance ranging from aggressive salespeople, to neglectful salespeople, to dealerships who refused to give me a price on a car until I signed a paper promising to purchase a car that day. Unbelievable. I walked into Motor Werks and I was instantly greeted by a friendly salesman who proceeded to assist me in finding the right car for my son, quickly and efficiently with absolutely no haggling over price or other incidentals. I didn't feel like I was being sold a bill of goods, I felt like I was being treated fairly and respectfully and the experience was pleasant. It was night and day from the other dealerships I had been to. Most importantly I think I taught my son a good lesson. Walk away from the people who are not treating you right. Buy quality products from reputable, honest people and your experience will be a positive one. More
2010 X3 I purchased my first BMW from Motor Werks in Barrington. I had a few minor issues with the cosmetics of vehicle, all of which were remedied right away I purchased my first BMW from Motor Werks in Barrington. I had a few minor issues with the cosmetics of vehicle, all of which were remedied right away. The first, were missing floor mats. Motor Werks made no hesitation and ordered 4 new weather proof mats right away (no charge). The second concern was an area which touch-up paint had been applied. The area was pointed out, and again, was immediately taken care of. The service department even replaced the wiper blades, oil change and brake fluid all at no charge. My experience with Motor Werks has been wonderful! I love my X3 and this will not be my last purchase from them. Thank You, Motor Werks Team. You have found yourself another loyal and returning customer! More

Pride in Service I had stepped in thinking that I'll get price matched for the quote I got from another dealership, but that didn't happen, because the other dealershi I had stepped in thinking that I'll get price matched for the quote I got from another dealership, but that didn't happen, because the other dealership was lying to us. I called Grossinger's Nate Chevilar to ask about the quote he e-mailed me but never replied back. Even with the quote being very far from what I was purchasing for, Tony in Motor Werks kept on working on bits and bits of things he can deduct for till we were able to come to an agreement. What kept me hanging around is the fact that Tony Kahish kept on offering us certain incentives and also worked things out with his manager to provide our requests. Kept on offering us condiments, very polite, professional and never pressured us once to full fill his price even though we took hours of his time. Then we met Mark from accessories and he negotiated with us to a price we could also agree on. One of the most genuine polite, loving, compassionate, un-pressuring and friendly persons I have run into on this planet. God Bless him. I finally smiled when I sat in my new Honda Odyssey and couldn't thank them enough. Thank you Tony and Mark in Honda Barrington. More
Hands down, best dealership ever! I haven't personally worked with the sales department, but the service department is unlike any other. This dealership is staffed with very profession I haven't personally worked with the sales department, but the service department is unlike any other. This dealership is staffed with very professional service technicians and service advisors, and everytime I leave this dealership, I know that the vehicle serviced correctly the first time. In terms of cost, they're very competitive with their services and overall I would highly recommend this dealership for service. More
Regular Maintenance My car was due for an oil change. I felt that there may have been a problem with the front tire, so I asked to have that checked out, as well as a gen My car was due for an oil change. I felt that there may have been a problem with the front tire, so I asked to have that checked out, as well as a general check on fluid levels, etc. My service advisor, Eric Swanson, did a great job finding out what the problem was and checked to see the coverage under my extended warranty. Once again, the service department at Motorwerks took great care of my car, and I feel confident that everything is working properly. More
I feel very special when I am treated there for service. Erik Swensen makes me feel very special when I am treated at Motorwerks. He knows me, but more importantly he knows the history of my car. When I last took it in, my car wasn't scheduled, but he took me in anyway. He fixed my Bluetooth connection on the spot, so I could have my phone back, called the number I asked him too, because I was unavailable that particular day. We were able to speak, after all, and he reported what the problem was and said the car was ready and waiting for me. He is so reliable as is the dealership. If I had to buy another car, I'd want it to be from Motorwerks and I'd want Erik to be the person I deal with because he takes the time to get to know me AND my car. More
BMW Service Eric is always so helpful whenever I contact him with an issue. I am always provided with an estimate of repairs prior to any work being started, and Eric is always so helpful whenever I contact him with an issue. I am always provided with an estimate of repairs prior to any work being started, and am always given a loaner car when needed. While there are certainly less expensive places to have my car repaired, the level of customer service and friendliness of the staff does not compare to that of Motor Werks. More
