They were patient and understanding as I was coming to Chicago from out of state and needed to make sure I knew as much about the car as I could to make sure the trip made sense. Once in the dealer, they allowed me a full inspection of the car, and made no pressure to "sell" me. I appreciated their professionalism, honesty and helpfulness with the purchase. I purchased a NEW Infiniti from Motorwerks a couple years ago and had great experience with Scott Sanders. Truth be told I expected to receive that with a new car purchase but Scott was very attentive and made the entire process easy. Recently I was in the market for a used vehicle and had lots of choices on where to purchase. I decided to visit Motorwerks again and give it a try. Buying a used car often times is a very painful process but I did not experience that with Kash Mirza and Motorwerks. Kash was extremely helpful and was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about BMW cars. I've yet to use the service department with my BMW but I expect excellent service like I received when servicing my Infiniti. If you're looking for a BMW give Kash a call at Motorwerks! More
