The service here is fantastic. I talked to Harry Gianos about the 535 I saw online and arranged to meet up with him after work for a test drive. The car was ready for me before I got there. The test drive was great and he showed me all the features of the car without spouting all the catch phrases that nobody wants to hear. I traded in my Audi, and not once did I hear Harry say anything bad about the Audi brand (unlike other places that I visited). The trade in price on my old car was exactly what I expected and there was no arguing. I got together with Harry and Lou Floros and we came to a mutual agreement on the price of the car without the back and forth haggling that one usually expects. Next up was Ryan Durso in finance. He laid out my options and answered all my questions. He was extremely patient and generous and did not try to sell me any options that I did not want. One of the BMW Genius' then took me to my new ride and showed me what all the buttons do. A nice touch I may add. All in all it was the best car buying experience I have had. No high pressure sales tactics. No threats that two other people are interested in the same car and that I need to get it today or it may not be around tomorrow. Everyone here is in a good mood and very friendly. The Genius' even followed up twice so far to make sure I didn't have any questions about how the car and the features work. Sean immediately worked with me to schedule an appointment to see and drive the car. After a very fast and professional discussion with Sean and the GM, Chris Lima, we arrived at a very fair price and bought the car. No delays, no issues, no sell-ups, etc. just a GREAT buying experience all around. Chris and Ryan (Finance Mgr) made the paperwork completely painless (usually the worst part about buying a new car!) and I ended up buying a long term extended warranty, wheel protection, etc. again all my choice at VERY fair prices! No pressure here at all. Since the sale, the follow-up and support have been outstanding. They truly role model great customer service. All and all a GREAT buying experience from a group of true professionals. I have bought numerous BMWs and other expensive cars from other dealerships but would rate Chris and his team at the top in terms of professionalism and service. Super responsive and very motivated to get a deal done. Here is the long version of my experience with Motor Werks and Kash: I called after seeing an ad on autotrader.com for the a 2015 M6 Gran Coupe and when I asked to be connected to sales, I was put through to Kash Mirza. That was the first positive- I actually spoke to a salesman on my first call rather than having to leave a message. I have been shopping nationwide for M5/M6 for 6-8 months and with the vast majority of dealerships I have called, my call was not answered and would go through to voicemail in the sales department resulting in a call back several hours later (and some times no call back at all). After Kash and I briefly discussed the vehicle, I asked him about it’s condition, so he told me he would call me back in a few minutes when he could look at it and be at the vehicle while we talked. Again with other dealers/salesmen, I would hope to get called back within 2-3 hours, but with Kash, my phone was ringing 10 minutes later and he was at the vehicle able to look it over and comment on it. I am in Virginia and due to the relative rarity of M6 Gran Coupes, I knew I would need to purchase out of my geographical area. Out of state purchase certainly creates some challenges for both the buyer and the salesman/dealership. With many salesmen I called at other dealers, they didn’t really seem to want to work with a remote buyer, but Kash clearly wanted to make things work from the very beginning, and that gave me much more confidence in moving forward. The car was pretty well priced, but I always want to be able to negotiate somewhat, particularly on a large purchase like this. We went back and forth a couple times but in short order we able to come to a price agreement. From there we had a lot of details to figure out including financing and shipping the vehicle. Every step of the way Kash was so awesome! I don’t think a single call I made to him went to his voicemail (and completing this deal took a lot of calls)! At various times we communicated by text and email as well and he was always so on top of things. When the finance dept. was backed up, he made every effort to move things along for me. When the vehicle arrived, it was just as described (gorgeous) and I am just so thrilled with my amazing M6 and my experience with Kash! I highly recommend him, especially for out of state purchase! However, the quality vehicle, the friendly, helpful, professional and non-pushy interaction with this sales team, the huge selection of vehicles and the gorgeous and welcoming showroom abolished all of my concerns! When a few minor issues were brought to Haroon's attention, he replied promptly and made the situation right. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and made all of the confusing paperwork understandable. I've never encountered a dealership that seems far more concerned with keeping their customers happy than they are with simply moving cars. I love this place and am extremely impressed with the entire organization thus far!! Kudos to a well managed operation! More
