New lease BMW 530 xi I have never in my life have ever seen a dealership give such great service to there customer. Agnes hustled to get me a 2017 BMW 530xi after the car has only been out for a month and she got me it within 2 weeks by making calls and doing what she had to do to make it happen...the general manager there is Chris Lima and I couldn't have been more proud to have meet a person that actually cares for his customers and his employees. The overall service that I received from the entire staff has been amazing. Logan sat with me for over an hour teaching me all the features that this car had and made sure I felt comfortable before driving off the lot. I deliberated between the BMW and another vehicle much closer, but the customer service from Sean and Andy sealed the deal. Once the price of my trade in and the BMW were determined Ryan was able to provide very attractive financing terms. Sean and Andy arranged to have my trade in picked up and the BMW delivered to my house 250+ miles away. The entire purchase process was by phone and Fedex. I normally purchase all of my vehicles via a phone call, however this transaction involved a trade in and some dealers are unwilling to purchase a vehicle based on pictures and a description. More

Great service until you buy I recently purchased a vehicle from MW and have to say the experience was awesome. Especially from my sales person. BUT now I have a different perspective after blpurchasing my car and trying to deal with the Ryan the finance guy and Chris the GM after the fact. The conversations went from "we are here if you ever need anything" to not returning a phone call. They put a deposit on my credit card to hold the car and will not refund the card now that I bought the car. It's even worse that I have left multiple phone messages and neither will call back. Great people, Great Experience - Motor Werks From the first day I walked into the dealership, Harry treated me with as much respect as he would his own family. For your background, I'm 23 years y From the first day I walked into the dealership, Harry treated me with as much respect as he would his own family. For your background, I'm 23 years young - I could tell as I walked into the dealership the other salesmen were snickering and talking behind my back seeing as a 23-year old doesn't buy a BMW everyday. I didn't get ANY sort of that negative vibe from Harry and I am very appreciative of that. He very patiently answered my questions about the vehicle and the CPO warranty before we went on the test drive. Before we started the test drive, he explained a lot of the features to me. He got very detailed to the point of saying how turning on the automatic rain sensor wipers also brings in the brake calipers of the car to provide a shorter stop time in the rain. His upbeat attitude and enthusiasm throughout the entire process was absolutely refreshing compared to other test drives I've been on and other salesmen I've dealt with. Even after bringing in my parents and having them test drive another day, Harry and Andy did not apply any pressure to buy as we left the dealership. I cannot express how relieving that feels. EVERY OTHER DEALERSHIP would pop the question "What will it take for you to take this car home today?" Harry and Andy were willing to accommodate to our schedules by staying past 8PM on multiple occasions. The service my family and I received from Harry and Andy was exceptional. We were honestly deciding between 2 cars (diesel vs. gas) and Andy sat down and took the time to talk to my parents and I. I truly didn't feel like a customer, but like family, the way Andy treated us. Throughout the entire process, Andy was very transparent, helpful, and worked with us to ensure we were absolutely happy with the car we were purchasing.
