Let me start by saying that Motor Werks is the most impressive dealership that I've ever seen. It's a huge place, with friendly staff and even has a Starbucks inside! He and New Car Manager Michael Gargano communicated with me regularly over the course of a couple of weeks as I searched for the right vehicle. BMW Genius Kevin Whitney answered my technical questions. I also received a courtesy call from General Manager Chris Lima to make sure that i was happy with the process.
