You haven't experienced customer service like this before I reached out to Harry because my boyfriend had leased two cars with him before and all I can say is I'm glad I did. When I mentioned I was interested in another brand that he wasn't as familiar with, he worked with the general manager at the other store to make sure I was taken care of, even though it would mean he would lose the sale. I ultimately went back to Harry because his deal was way better. Harry treated me with the utmost kindness, was extremely sociable, and was on top of the entire process. I've never met a sales person who genuinely cared about the customer as much as he did. He and Motor Werks really went above and beyond. Even the gentleman, Rashard, who explained all the various features my new car had, was extraordinary. He was personable, knowledgeable, charming, and had a great sense of humor. It was impressive to see that there are people, especially working in automotive, a place notorious for bad business practices , who have that genuine attitude and devotion to their clients that are still around. I will most certainly go back and recommend Harry, and those who I worked with to others. I was impressed. More
MW Stands for Motor Werks; not Mid-West! ;-) My family and I moved to the Chicago suburbs from the east coast a few months ago. Nearly every BMW and Mercedes I approached at a stop light in Chica My family and I moved to the Chicago suburbs from the east coast a few months ago. Nearly every BMW and Mercedes I approached at a stop light in Chicago-land had an "MW" sticker near the license plate. I told my wife that I knew Mid-Westerners were proud people, but to create their own MW sticker was simply amazing! Fast forward a couple of months when I got an itch to test drive a pre-owned BMW. All internet web searches and friend referrals took me back to....you guessed it...Motor Werks (capital M...capital W). It was only then when the neurons started to fire. Fortunately, I was alone when I discovered the truth so I could hide my embarrassment. Anyhow, it took me one visit to the Barrington location to determine I was purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. This was my first luxury car purchase and I didn't know what to expect. What I got was friendly and first class service from start to finish. Everyone had respect for my time, my decisions, and my money. It's only been a couple of weeks but I cant imagine ever going anywhere else for another vehicle. Sahil "Sean" Chokshi was super accommodating and knowledgeable. Managers Andy Shah and Chris Lima were supportive and visible on the floor making sure my experience (and everyone else's) was going well. Aldijana completed the finance process in record time with no hassle or headaches. This was seriously A+ from start to finish. Other than giving me the car for free, I cant think of a way to further improve upon my overall buying experience. Very well done folks and thank you for making this so easy. More

The customer experience and support my wife and I have received has made us forever a Loyal Customer to Motor Werks. We recently purchased a BMW X5. After purchasing the vehicle we unfortunately experienced several mechanical issues. After bringing the issues to the attention of the dealership, they didn't stop until the issue was resolved and made the situation right. At Motor Werks BMW they have a full team to help resolve any issue that might come your way. As many people know the car buying experience can be a stressful one, especially with many people out there trying to take advantage of those who are less knowledgeable. You can trust the staff at BMW Motor Werks that they are there to make sure you are taken care of. Derek Cogdill was knowledgeable and took the time to explain why each repair was necessary. Robert Dunfrund although he already made the sale, remained in the process to ensure his customer got the support we needed. Andy Shah went above and beyond. When we had issues finding a time to bring our car in, he moved mountains to get us an appointment so we could have a loaner to safely driver around in. Chris Lima was so kind and generous to us. He listened to our concerns and made sure the issue was resolved the correct way. Margie Gallagher was compassionate and listened to our concerns and made an action plan. She spoke with us several times and was with us every step of the way. She provided that personal touch that separates Motor Werks from other dealerships. And Finally Mick Austin who took the time out of his busy schedule to reach out. His phone call meant so much and showed that no customer is to big or small for Motor Werks. FThank you Motor Werks!
