Extremely poor service department Service department is pointless here. I had alignment done after I bought my car from them, per the measurements provided, camber was out of spec a Service department is pointless here. I'm learning from another shop now that it is likely because all along either the strut can is bent or the aluminum mount at the wheel for the strut. In October of 2016 – I had the connected drive retrofit performed since then I have been having constant intermittent issues with the Connected Drive features not working due to the car stating “Network not available, please try again later.” In my own troubleshooting process I found that the SOS button would not work either as it would be unable to connect. Turning the car off, waiting, and turning it back on would make it work in most cases. This was all communicated to Service Advisors; and I was very patient as I know troubleshooting intermittent issues can be very difficult. I even would make standing service appointments, banking on the fact that the problem hopefully occurs on the day of the appointment, it would sometimes and I would come in; your service advisor was also aware of this. We also agreed that I would just come in without an appointment when the problem occurred, and that too I did – problem was not solved, it would always come back – no problem found. With the last occurrence – I dropped the car off; a couple hours later I was notified it was ready to go with a letter provided to me stating that connected drive connections are intermittent at the moment in the area because ATT towers are down in some areas. Well, that did not satisfy me as my problem started since the retrofit, not recently. The issues continued; and I was told “Well, atleast the car is running it could be worse and it’s not like it’s leaving you stranded”. I finally contacted ATT, and BMW customer service. BMW Customer service contacted your dealer multiple times, no response. Per BMW Customer Service, MotorWerks was to contact me, and guess what – they did not. I wound up taking the car to another dealer, they looked into the issue and actually worked with BMW NA along with the connected Drive team and appear to have solved it. I am now 2 weeks in and no issues. Previous Issue: Shortly after the purchase of my car in 2015 from you – my brakes would grind when braking and turning left. I brought the car to you to look into it – was still under manufacturers warranty, and had maintenance package on it. The brakes were re-seated, cleaned. The issue still happened, I came back, the same thing was done along with a couple other things. I picked up the car, and the grind was still there – I went back and your service advisor said “That’s just the way BMW brakes are, they grind, that’s normal.” I know that not to be true so I wound up stopping working with that particular service advisor, isolated it to him and refused to have him as my advisor moving forward. Additonally, I went to another BMW dealer they took a look at it and immediately diagnosed it as plate rubbing against the rotor and fixed it – no more grind, problem solved. They did not try to BS me and tell me that it was normal. More

Unforunate Experience Kyle who I worked with for the sale, was very nice. I do believe that I got ripped off on my trade in. I was unable to verify the Trade-in value as I did not have my phone with me to verify the amount. Unfortunately I feel I was bullied by Finance into buying a warranty package. I said no at least 10 times and she kept telling me she really thinks I need all the extra packages. The more I said no the more aggressive she got. The finance part took forever and I had somewhere I really needed to be. Also the service team did not do a basic check of the car I bought and I had to bring the car back less than two weeks after I brought it because a Tire Pressure warning came on. After a month I still had not received paperwork in the mail regarding my loan account and where I could make a payment. I called and left two messages for Aldijana, no response. I emailed her again no response. I texted the Kyle to ask to have her call me and again no response. I ended up calling BMW Customer Relations to get assistance. Overall a terrible experience and I can honestly I will not recommend this dealer in the future. More

Then the General Manager Christopher Lima walks over shakes my hand and we talk for a few minutes, his level of comfort and kindness along with his charm made the experience AMAZING. Christopher Lima went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my purchase of 3 new BMW's was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL making me a FOREVER part of the CIRCLE. CJ was also extremely helpful with all of my requests and he walked me through the features of each new car. Ryan made the financing part such a smooth and quick process! I started working with Harry and we discussed getting into a newer 3 series. We decided on a 330i. The day came that I was to come pick it up. During our test drive, I felt like I was getting into exactly the same thing I already had and was feeling unsure. When we pulled back into the parking lot, I noticed a 4 series gran coupe and immediately fell in love with the style. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I got into exactly the one I wanted. Ultimately, I got a way better car than I was expecting! These guys were awesome to work with and made the whole process effortless! More
