The available cars are cherry picked, very well specced and very well priced, When Andy said “lowest in the country” i checked on the internet and confirmed he was right. The transaction was straightforward, no sleight of hand or pressure tactics. I live in another state and Barrington is all set up for that. Made it easy. Dan was great. Attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful. He paid attention to what I told him I was looking for and what was important me. He was proactive - he called me to let me know another customer had come in to look at the car in which I had expressed interest. He made suggestions and recommended options that were on point, but never pushed or tried to pressure me. He patiently showed me four cars I test drove. I ended up buying a car that was not even on my list, got a great deal, and am happy with my purchase. Dan was backed by a great team. Sharon was terrific support to Dan and helpful with the recommendations and questions. Andy Shah was instrumental in closing the deal and the one who suggested the X4 I would never have considered otherwise. It was a great deal and turned out to be a great fit. Ryan was straightforward and just right in laying out the various financial options. Not pushy, but persuasive and responsive to my input. And Chris sets the tone and is obviously running a very customer focused operation. Highly recommend. More

Exceptional car buying experience! I have had my new BMW convertible for only 3 days, and I LOVE IT! I have been searching online for a car that matches my personality (Colorful and un I have had my new BMW convertible for only 3 days, and I LOVE IT! I have been searching online for a car that matches my personality (Colorful and unique), and couldn’t find the right fit until I went in to BMW of Barrington and talked with Robert Dunfrund. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He really listened to what I was looking for in a car and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. After driving a different color of the car I wanted, and loving the drive, I asked him how long it would take if I ordered the color I really wanted. Here’s where the craziness starts... As I was asking him that very question, he got a text from one of his associates saying they just received “MY CAR” in their new shipment that day!!! It was literally being driven off the truck as I was sitting there! It’s like Robert pulled a rabbit out of a hat! The staff was so friendly as well, and we even had a lot of laughs while writing a check for a substantial amount of $$$! Overall, the dealership was professional, well stocked with hundreds ( If not thousands) of cars, and the staff makes the buying experience fun! Thank you all very much! More

We decided to buy 2 cars within 2 days! So happy! We were devoted to Volvo in Barrington. However, we have learned that their cars do not hold value, if you get a "bad" car then repairs are costly and when a dealership is bought out by McGrath, it is just not good. Loooong story short, we really wanted to buy a car from Volvo in Barrington, but going in there, we realized it was dirty, it felt like slimy dealing and they talked down to me (woman) like it was the 70's. Unbelievable experience. The next day we wanted to go to Carmax to see what they would buy my husbands car for. On the way, we stopped at Motorwerks BMW. Thank goodness, we met Alan Ramirez. I was not thrilled because of the interior color of a particular car, but Alan calmly said "Let's drive it just to see the feel?" I reluctantly said "OK". Alan took the time to explain the cars features and benefits. The interior color became comfortable. Then we met Sharon and 1 other individual that day while they offered us a VERY GOOD DEAL with no haggle. They looked at my husband and I evenly. Just an overall professional respectful experience. Then we went into financing and we got an even better deal than what they told us while we were settling on a price. We were so impressed with how excellent and how much better the process kept getting that we came back the next day & bought a 2nd car. My husband and I have cars for nearly 12 years. I still had a few more years on my older car and it was a nice car. But their customer service wowed me and I was so appreciative. When I went back the next day, the car I wanted to purchase was not ready and then it had some issues. (it was a mercedes, not a BMW). They provided a very nice upgraded loaner, therefore I was not upset. When we went to finally pick up the mercedes, I realized the loaner was better than the car that I was previously excited to purchase. Alan found a car that pleased me even more than the loaner and the original mercedes that I had wanted to purchase. ALAN found the car that I would end up purchasing. I am an accountant and I am all about the numbers. The car that ALAN found for me was higher than I wanted to spend however ALAN knew what was good for me and what I would love. He really cared. We bought what he recommended. It's a beautiful upgraded vehicle with lots of features & a BMW :) Thanks Alan!!! I can't thank you enough! We are so happy and pleased that we met you and Sharon and the manager and the finance gal! You guys just kept wowing us and we never want to shop anywhere else. EVER! We do plan to do the overseas Europe purchase program for the next BMW (s). Thank you to you all! They also serve free starbucks and made my toddler feel at home. We really like this place.
