Agnes and Sahil were excellent communicators via email and text, getting back to me in a timely fashion. When I sent a veritable laundry list of items I wanted Sahil to check on prior to my arrival yesterday morning, he had everything sorted out before I got there and presented answers to each concern I brought up. In finance, Ryan was very cordial as well - walking me through the process and getting my paperwork completed in a thorough and efficient manner. Throughout, Agnes, Sahil, and Ryan adapted their approaches, offering as much information as I required and being mindful of my level of experience and knowledge, a sure sign of respect for me and my time. Chris was Great! This dealership has a policy where they itemize each item they ding you for on your trade.
