Madison Balding, Service Coordinator. Thank you for the stupendous experience and outcomes from my recent visit. Came in for some direction and input about our recently purchased X5. Complete engagement and attention, got input from team members and, provided me thoughts she had and since one of the most knowledgeable resources comes in another day, she took pictures and will be showing them for additional input. It was such a delight, and not really on a transactional situation, helping a person with a question and how wonderfully it was done. I have never owned a BMW before, but I decided I wanted a definitive upgrade from my Subaru Outback. Having no experience with BMW of Asheville, I cold called them and asked to speak to someone in sales. I w definitive upgrade from my Subaru Outback. I was connected with Alex Powell who spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone before I set an appointment to come in and meet. He was an extremely understanding and patient person to deal with on the phone. After test driving three different models of the 2024 X5, I finally made a decision to proceed with the X5M Competition. Alex helped me with all the paperwork on pre-trading my 2022 Subaru Outback Touring XT and I got an extremely fair price/value for that trade in. He and his sales manager made the process of pre-trading for the X5 extremely easy and I believe, since Alex helped my wife and I complete as much of the process online and via text as possible, the entire time in the dealership to sign over the title on that car was about 20 minutes. Throughout the entire time that the car was being built, Alex kept me in the loop about the progress until the day that I received the VIN and could track the progress on the MyBMW app. The entire experience of test driving, trading my vehicle, purchasing, paperwork, finance and delivery of the new BMW was a testimony to the pride and emphasis on customer experience that Field's BMW of Asheville instills in every level of the company. I can not recommend Alex or Field's BMW of Asheville highly enough. They made buying my first BMW a true luxury experience! More
Once I decided to buy a used BMW ,(no small investment, even used) the buying options seemed endless. Carvana, CarMax, individual sellers, Import dealers, and every brand of new car dealers. I decided early on that I was only going to buy from a BMW Dealership . I felt that BMW’s reputation for customer service was some protection should I need it after purchase and that their inspection of the car would be superior due to their BMW expertise, even though there was no implied warranty with the vehicle. I can say , without a doubt, I made the right decision. Within 35 days of purchase I had 2 rather expensive issues with the car . These were out of the ordinary for the mileage on the car and nothing that could have been found prior to purchase. Once I spoke with the Sales Manager, Mark Miller, I felt that if there was any chance to remedy this situation, he would find it. His sincerity and empathy immediately made me feel better. Thanks to the solid reputation and goodwill of BMW, they took care of both of these issues at no cost to me. I could not be more pleased by their honesty and integrity. Their customer service cannot be matched. They have gone above and beyond and couldn’t get a higher recommendation for purchasing a new or used car. Truly exceptional customer service from sales to service. More

I arrived to be told that my car didn’t need service and that I should depend only on the car to recommend service. The issue was that another BM Dealer serviced my car so I got unnecessary notices from this BMW dealer. All in Al, 170 mile drive over half the day wasted because of nonsensical software being relied upon by this dealership . The positive is Patrick who truly shines in this office. Wife’s X1 lease ends soon and had planned to deal with you but now very uncertain. Promote Patrick and let him own the commission. What an unnecessary waste of a day. At least your service manager promised to opt me out of that nonsensical and useless system. More

If you have a love for BMW’s go to another dealership. They do not care about returning customers! The finance manager treats you like a child. It takes them two days to return calls, they only care about customers in dealership once you leave or your trying to reach them that’s it. They will over charge you for a vehicle so you have tons of negative equity. The general manager does not return calls. The place is a joke their slogan is that you matter. Not the case! Steve N is a good salesman if you are right there in dealership. Go to their Jaguar dealership for excellent customer service! More
