The best way to describe this dealership is scammers. The car they sold me had issues that I brought up to them within 2 or 3 days. There was a nasty vibration and they figured out that it’s because of 2 of the tires they installed were “defective”’ their words not mine, Initially they refused to fix it but after a lot of insisting they decided to take another look. They tried to hide the issue by moving the tires around and rebalancing them and I ended up with a car that drove worst than before and was vibrating even more plus now the steering wheel wasn’t even pointing straight. They put 8 wheel weights on each front tire trying to hide it. I’ve never seen so many on a wheel before. Half of the wheel had weights on it. I confronted them about it and they have stopped responding since. . It has been a month and I still haven’t received the extra key they said the car comes with. They told me I will get it in a couple of days. No check yet either for my trade in. Stay away. More

Reason I gave the dealership a 4/5 stars is it does not compare, amenity-wise, to other dealerships I’ve visited. The BMW dealer in Houston as well as Dallas had all sorts of snacks and drinks available for people waiting on their vehicles to be completed. All I saw at the Arlington location was water and coffee. That means a lot especially to customers waiting a few hours for their vehicle to be serviced. More

Extremely disrespectful of customer and disregard for prospective sale. Deceptive information on how prices were provided to customer and switchup of add on "trash package" as "we put this on evry car" a prospective sale. Deceptive information on how prices were provided to customer and switchup of add on "trash package" as "we put this on evry car" as their reasoning. Attempted several times to include a trade in deal even after both Robert and Hany were told no trade in. No respect for even the slightest attempt for a fair deal, just give me your financial information and lets write this up for you today. Inflated pricing, additional equipment I didn't request, no courtesy, no thanks. Walked out and recommending same to everyone else. More
