I purchased a 3 series from BMW of Annapolis and was very satisfied with the sales and financing experience. Unfortunately, I was also satisfied with the service dept until recently. After reading many of satisfied with the sales and financing experience. Unfortunately, I was also satisfied with the service dept until recently. After reading many of the reviews on this site, it looks like most negative reviews are due to service issues. Loaners are not available unless you schedule service 2 or more weeks in advance. Not a big deal but if you car breaks down or has to be at the dealer due to an emergency, you are left hanging even though the sales people tout how you get a loaner if you have any service needs - they just forget to mention that it shouldn't be an emergency or needed quickly........... I took the car in 3 weeks ago as the tire pressure light would not go off even though the tires had air (or I thought had air). The tech took the car and came back to say the light was off and all was OK. He obviously never even inspected the tires as the light continued to come on and one tire continued to need air. Took the car back in and insisted they inspect the tire and a large nail was found. Of course, had the tire replaced at a cost of $353. Within 2 days, lost tire pressure in the brand new tire - took it back to find yet another nail in the brand new tire so again spend another $353 for another tire......... Mentioned my tire woes to a family member and long time BMW owner from another state and he asked why I didn't purchase road hazard insurance with the first new tire. I indicated it wasn't offered to me and his response was it has always been offered to him by his BMW dealer. So, I called BMW Annap parts department and asked if road hazard insurance was offered for tires purchased from them - spoke with Enoch - he indicated yes via the tire dealer that BMW Annap purchases their tires from - he put me on hold to get the price (and after waiting a long time, I finally hung up). I then called and spoke with Winny in the Service Dept. Let me premise by saying I asked to speak to the Service Manager and was told there wouldn't be one until next week (again, sounds like alot of employee turnover at this dealer). She indicated that she had asked the same questions for another customer 2 weeks prior to be told that no road hazard insurance was available. She then indicated she would check on it and call me back. She called back to indicate that Enoch was wrong and I explained that I would no longer use BMW Annap as I felt cheated as they could have offered me a choice to purchase the tire elsewhere especially when I was there due to a road hazard. She indicated they don't send business elsewhere - my response was to then offer consumers the choice to buy elseswhere or offer the road hazard insurance. I also explained that I no longer TRUST her service dept and will look elsewhere when needing to purchase anything for my car. It's not a question of sending business elsewhere it's simply doing the right thing for your customer. I then called Dealer Tires which is the dealer that sells or wholesales tires to BMW Annap and guess what - they indicated that BMW Annap can sell their road hazard - but why would they? They don't because then they don't make as much money off the consumer. Shame on them but my hard earned money will be spent elsewhere. $706 lesson learned! More
Dan and the whole BMW Annapolis team were fantastic. They offered a great price as well as handled the whole transaction smoothly and made me feel important to them as a customer. Hard to find that the They offered a great price as well as handled the whole transaction smoothly and made me feel important to them as a customer. Hard to find that these days! I am from Michigan and have relatives in the Annapolis area who introduced me to BMW Annapolis. I have purchased both of my BMWs from Annapolis as their pricing and service are well above any other dealership I've experienced. More
I would recomend BMW of Annapolis to friends and family for several reasons. To begin, since I started driving at the age of 16 I have never been able to walk on a car lot without some pesky sales men prac for several reasons. To begin, since I started driving at the age of 16 I have never been able to walk on a car lot without some pesky sales men practically begging me to purchase a car. This particular time was different. It was the most relaxed atmosphere I have experienced from begininng to end. When I drove on to the lot with a friend who by the way purchased a 335i two days before I purchased my car, my intentions were never to get one. I took my time and walked around and when i was ready Rich Saah was waiting with a smile. I asked what he was smiling about and he said I don't even need to walk up to you and sell you a car,the car sold itself! All I am here for is to make sure you get what you want and are happy. Not only was I happy with what I got but Rich went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. To me this shows confidence and a dealership who hires quality employees to stand by their quality cars. This experience demonstrated to me the reason why BMW has such a great reputation. I brag about my car to everyone and tell them how nice and friendly everyone there is. This leads me to my second reason of why I would recommend BMW of Annapolis. To me most dealerships have con artists who try and sell you a car for a nice commission check but this dealership cared about YOU. It was personal. I even got to meet Gary Goldstein the General Sales Manager. I got to talk to Gary and found out he liked to box. I like to box too but at the time was injured. I actually broke my knee due to a car accident and three months later walked onto BMW and walked off with a BMW. Gary and Rich both took the time to get to know me and even treated me like family. Infact Gary even invited me to train and box with him once i get well enough to strengthen my knee. To me this shows great respect. Third reason why i would recommend BMW of Annapolis is because of how comfortable they make you feel. All and all I really don't think any of the dealerships in the Annapolis area compare to the way BMW of Annapolis and Rich Sahh and Gary Goldstein made me feel that day. In my book they get two thumbs up. More
I had an overall pleasant experience working with my salesperson Dylan Rausch and manager Gary Goldstein. The process for finding a used car in great condition proved to be more challenging as anti salesperson Dylan Rausch and manager Gary Goldstein. The process for finding a used car in great condition proved to be more challenging as anticipated, but my salesperson kept ensuring me he was doing all he could to find a car that met my expectations. Finally, with the help of Gary, we found a CPO 2006 BMW 330i that was in immaculate condition. The car drives great, very clean, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from BMW of Annapolis. Over the last few months I was debating between purchasing a BMW 335i, Lexus IS 350 and Audi S4. Realistically I was setting my sights on a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. My first and last stop was B purchasing a BMW 335i, Lexus IS 350 and Audi S4. Realistically I was setting my sights on a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. My first and last stop was BMW of Annapolis. From the second I stepped foot on the lot I felt as if I was already part of the BMW family. Richard Saah, my salesman, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond all of my expectations to get me in the car of my dreams. This was the first time I felt 100% satisfied with my vehicle purchase. I did not have to settle. I purchased a brand new black on black fully loaded 335i in the same price range I was looking to spend on a 2007-2008 Certified Pre-owned car, and there is nothing like that new car smell. The entire process ran as smooth as I could of hoped for with the excellent team work of Gary Goldstein, David Mier and Richard Saah. It's been about a month since I bought my car and I couldn't be happier. I continue to stay in touch with Richard Saah as he has been so helpful in making sure I experience every aspect of my BMW. I am very confident I will be a repetitive customer of BMW for years to come. I strongly recommend BMW of Annapolis to all my friends in family. Matter of fact my buddy bought a 2008 328i just a few days after me. More
We visited the dealer 3 times in the winter of 2009/10 because my lease was expiring and I wanted to roll over into a new 5 series. We were assigned to very inept salespeople who knew less about the cars because my lease was expiring and I wanted to roll over into a new 5 series. We were assigned to very inept salespeople who knew less about the cars than we did. They killed a $53000 "deal" over a difference of $300. We decided to go to Passport BMW, a long drive for us, to work with a great salesperson. More

I will give it to Annapolis, they went above and beyond to ultimately get me the exact car I wanted. After numerous attempts to acquire the exact vehicle I had in mind from across the US—and no other deale to ultimately get me the exact car I wanted. After numerous attempts to acquire the exact vehicle I had in mind from across the US—and no other dealer budging—they finally arranged for me to simply build the exact car I wanted with first right to refusal upon delivery. Although this entire process took about two months, I can say I am completely satisfied with not only the price and the vehicle itself, but the service I received while being there. Casey was an excellent salesman (enough though he’s a Caps fan!) and Gary was able to work with my price/down payment request with essentially no push back. I recommend Casey, Gary, and BMW of Annapolis for any future purchases. *Congrats on the wedding Casey* More

Vehicle purchased: 2011 135i Convertible M Sport Vehicle purchased: 2011 135i Convertible M Sport Package Black/Black The personal attention and courtesy with which sales associate Casey Russel Vehicle purchased: 2011 135i Convertible M Sport Package Black/Black The personal attention and courtesy with which sales associate Casey Russell (and everyone else I interacted with during our visit) attended to our questions, and the honesty with which he presented BMW and its offerings, were a welcome change from our previous experiences at two other luxury brand dealerships in the area. While I certainly understand that selling cars is their business, they did not present themselves with the stereotypical car salesman persona. At Audi, and at Lexus, I felt as though I were buying a Ford or Chevy, but at Annapolis BMW I felt like I was buying a luxury brand vehicle. We came to the lot after having just left a bad experience at an Audi dealership. We were looking for a convertible. Casey met us as we came onto the lot. He, and everyone else, was nicely dressed in a jacket and tie, looking very professional. We told Casey what we were looking for and he gladly walked the entirety of their very large lot looking at each and every convertible the dealership had in stock. He even showed us the non-BMW trade-ins and gave honest appraisals of them. Casey even recommended us away from a more expensive model when we told him the primary purpose for the vehicle. This is certainly a switch from other dealerships I have been to, where the sales person always tried to push us onto a more expensive vehicle, even if it was not remotely close to what we were looking for. This was a welcomed change from the expected, as it showed Casey had more concern for us as potential long-term customers than making the quick buck and risking future business with only a partially satisfied customer...or us walking out on the deal altogether. After test driving the vehicle we liked best and felt would best suit us, Casey sat us down a we talked about the pricing options. Being a 2011 model only 2 days old...and a convertible (during convertible season)...the sales manager was willing to negotiate with us to bring the price into line with what we were looking to spend. A small reduction, but certainly one they could have successfully argued against. All the while, there was no pressure, no intimidation tactics, no "someone else is coming in later to look at that and might buy it"...none of that garbage. After settling on the price, I met with the business manager (from the Mini side of the dealership, as the BMW business manager was out), and he too provided an indepth, pressure-free presentation of our options with regards to warranties and maintenance programs. After handing over my dealership check, the new BMW was taken to be prepped and returned quickly with a full tank, freshly washed and dried, vacuumed, etc. Casey then offered to spend as much time with me as needed to show me all of the workings of our new BMW. Because my wife had already left to take care of some prearranged business, Casey offered to have her come back at any time, and he would personally show her all of the features of the vehicle, how to synch her bluetooth, enable the Sirius radio, etc. As I left the dealership that evening, I felt that I had just had the best car buying experience that I had ever had. Casey and the rest of the staff certainly won a customer who has every intent on coming back for his next vehicle purchase. I returned to the showroom a couple of days after the purchase to pick up the tags and the floor mats that Gary (sales manager) offered to provide. I was met by Casey who immediately gave me 100% of his attention. Within a few minutes, the tags were on the car and I had nice new floor mats, too. Thanks again for a very positive experience. More
