David also ensured that the final sale and trade in went smoothly. Although I had to wait a few weeks for my new car to be shipped from Germany, the guys did a great job of keeping me updated on the car's progress. I have been to several dealerships in the Maryland area, but none of them can compare to the outstanding service at BMW of Annapolis. More
I and my husband had a very negative exerience with "Russel BMW". We decided to go to Tate BMW. The response was a total reversal. My sales associate,Art Johnson was very informative and really took "Russel BMW". We decided to go to Tate BMW. The response was a total reversal. My sales associate,Art Johnson was very informative and really took interest in what my needs were for an auto and why I was looking for a new car. He took time to explain the qualities of the auto I was interested in which was the 650I convertible. He introduced my husband and I to the General Sales Manager, Gary Goldstein. When we bgan to negotiate pricing both Art and Gary were very sensible,detailed and on point. My husband really appreciated this because he owns his business and absolutely despises the cajoling and game playing that goes on at other dealerships. The teamwork at Tate made our experience a very positive one and we will be back. Thanks to Art and Gary, they made it happen!!! More

I had my eye on the X6 and Seth Glicksman looked it up for me and there was the perfect car I was looking for the alpine white with black interior. Seth is an EXCELLENT sales man. He really cares about his customers and makes sure that they are satisfied, well more than satisfied. He even took the time to write an e-mail to see how I was doing with the new vehicle. No one takes their time to write an e-mail to a customer just because they bought the car. That shows that he really cares about the customer. I already recommanded Seth and the BMW of Annapolis to my cousin who is looking to purchase a BMW. Seth always greeted me with a smile. His customer service and personality was GREAT. This guy is the reason why I purchased my car at the annapolis BMW. But there is one other person that I really want to say something about the financial manager Dave. If it wasn't for his efforts on getting me that car I would not be driving it today. He did everything he could to get me that car. He spent half of the his day at the dealer trying to get me that car and in the end I GOT IT!!! He is a great person who does whatever it takes to help the customer out. This is the place to go. Don't go anywhere else!!!!!They are the BEST!!! More

I had a great experience at this dealer ship. Everyone was very friendly and informative. I have purchased no less than 10 cars and this experience was the BEST! Mr. Goldberg was professional, friendly, and responsive to my buying needs and budget. He was informative and not pushy. My questions were answered in a believable, straightforward manner. He worked with me on price and was very generous with the value of my trade- in. The Business Manager, David Mier, was also pleasant , not pushy and presented options without a hard sell. He worked to solve problems and efficiently got through the mountain of paperwork needed to get me behind the wheel. The atmosphere at this dealership was friendly and low pressure. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW. More
I wouldn't recommend this dealership for service. When I came in to purchase this vehicle the salemen were very helpful and knowledgeable. However, after almost 3 months I had to take my car in for service. I took my car in on 2/23. The guy (I belive Peter) was very nice enough to squeeze me in. I waited about 2 hours for the service technican to tell me I needed work done. Jane was to submit the request on Monday, 2/23 for the part & told me it will take two days to arrive. I never received a follow up call. I called back today, 2/26 to make sure the part was ordered. Jane advised she will call to order the part. This was at 7am. I had to call back at 1pm, because Jane didn't return my call again. I left a message for Jane. No response. I called back again at 5:30pm & that's when Jane said my part will not be in until Monday! That's an entire week of waiting!!! I will not be taking my car to this dealership for service any longer. Once this repair is complete. I'm looking for a BMW dealer closer to my home. This was just poor service. Maybe it was the service technican, I don't know. But, I don't want to take another chance. More

A year ago I considered buying a Honda as I had driven one in the past and found them to be very reliable. However, when I first approached the dealership I was not ready to buy and told them so. After test driving one and saying that I might be back in a month or two I was called repeatedly by the salesman I dealt with and each successive message he left me got nastier, eventually accusing me of wasting his time. It was unbelievable and guaranteed I would never give them my business. Thus it was with some trepidation that I ventured into the BMW of Annapolis dealership last month. Again I was not quite ready to move on getting a new car but was firmly decided on a BMW. Art Johnson was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He understood I might need a few more weeks to come to a final decision and remained in touch with me via email but without applying any pressure whatsoever. When I made my decision he made it easy to get exactly what I wanted not just in the specific vehicle but in the lease option that fit my needs. The business manager and the two sales managers I dealt with were all polite and low key. I never had the sense that my arm was being twisted and I felt very well taken care of. I'll be back, again and again. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. More
