I had the pleasure today of dealing with Alan Mickinak...I popped into BMW of Annapolis without an appt. The service department tried to find out why my check engine light was on and charged me hours of fees. They did not find the problem and told me that I needed repairs that would cost almost $2,000.00. engine light was on and charged me hours of fees. They did not find the problem and told me that I needed repairs that would cost almost $2,000.00. I went to another dealer and had the real problem repaired. If I had listened to BMW of Annapolis, I would have paid for unnecessary repairs. Get a second opinion before paying for service. More
Wonderful experience! We worked with Bryan and couldn't be happier. We drove in from out of state with a particular vehicle in mind. BMW of Annapolis Service department has worked on my car 3 times in the past 90 days ( same problem every visit) the first 2 visits my car was under warrenty my 3rd visit with same issue was now not under w 3 times in the past 90 days ( same problem every visit) the first 2 visits my car was under warrenty my 3rd visit with same issue was now not under warrenty. They told me they could fix my car for $2,500 (third visit). I told them it was the same issue they promised was fixed the first 2 visits. They also tryed to tell me this was a new issue even though it is the exact same problem I was having. This service department is not worth your visit they lie and try to get as much money from you as they can. I would not recommend this service department. They do not stand behinds BMW's motto of the best driving experience. I am now at the point where I would not recommend BMW to anyone either really looking forward to getting rid of this car so I never have to deal with these people again. More
Bryan was very sensitive to what I was looking for and my needs. He was not aggressive and demonstrated to me that he was really listening. He was not pushy. I felt no pressure or being rushed to make a decision. I had checked several places for a vehicle. The extra driving distance was worth it. He was sure that I had a quality used car, which was evident when they offered to take of several small scratches on the car, which I didn't pick up on at the time. Bryan has not given me the feeling of abandonment after the sale is done, which is often the case. When I called back with questions he treated me as if I was a first time customer seeking to buy. He followed through on all he explained to me. He pledged to be there if I had questions, and he has been (which have been minimal). He was always pleasant when I did call him. He was absolutely professional and friendly. Even though its a bit of inconvenience to drive to Annapolis for service it is definitely worth it!!! Recently when I brought it in to the service department, he checked to see if things were going ok. I will highly recommend the dealership to others and in particularly to Bryan. More

Back behind the lot in the detail/wash area sat an artic white one, told those guys it was going to be mine. Meanwhile, a man approached me, (worked for Mini) said he would take me to the expert. In the door he put me in Bryan Mixon's hands. The Z4 was for sale, not sold as I thought. Bryan's start to finish time (trade in & cash) out the door was 2 hours. OMG! BRYAN YOU ROCK! By the way Bryan, you still owe me a BMW hat :) More

The best car buying experience I ever had. Mr. Mixon was courteous and professional. He left us speechless - not only did he answer all of our questions fully and completely he went to the next step to mak courteous and professional. We arrived at the car dealer very early in the morning and Mr. Mixon came right to us to assist in our search for a new X3. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it addressed all of the concerns I had. The dealership is very nice, clean and the beautiful cars really sell themselves! Mr. Mixon was patient with me and didn't rush me to make a decision. He was very polite and allowed me to walk around the lot and make a decision in my time! My overall experience at Annapolis BMW was very pleasant and fulfilling. I will definitely be returning in a few years to make another purchase! More
Had an issue with my seat warmer, unfortunately, the car was no longer under warranty. The service rep went far beyond, and convinced BMW to cover the costs of the material.
