My buying experience was pretty effortless. That may be the best compliment that can be paid. One thing I enjoyed was that the salesman were clearly, genuinely enthusiastic about BMW. Sean was great. We drove in to Annapolis from a considerable distance because we could not find exactly the car we wanted locally. I purchased my new 2013 BMW 328i over the internet from BMW Annapolis and had it shipped down to Miami. Buying a new car is daunting enough face-to-face let alone doing it all over email/phone. Reynold Torrence (salesman) took all of the potential uneasiness completely away. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had great follow-up skills. On top of that, everything was done with the highest level of integrity. Everything that happened from the pricing of the vehicle to the final sales paperwork happened exactly as described. I visited the dealer from my home in Miami recently (as I was traveling on business in the area). I was treated with the upmost respect and class by everyone I encountered (including General Sales Manager, David Mier). Truly a rare car buying experience where everything was perfect! More
The most unsatisfying customer service I have ever experienced. A scheduled appointment that the dealer and I were prepared for that was to take at least 3 hours. It took longer, and during the wait experienced. A scheduled appointment that the dealer and I were prepared for that was to take at least 3 hours. It took longer, and during the wait I did not get timely information of progress, findings, problems or estimate of time required to complete the service, except for one communication that said I needed parts and hence would spend more money. It did not seem to matter that I was there waiting, unlike the medical profession, no one deemed it appropriate to inform this customer of the progress or findings as the 5 hour operation was being performed. I asked for a particular service NOT be performed, that request was ignored. I paid for and received my car, proceeded to leaver the Dealership only to find my "service soon" light on. I showed it to the rep who appropriately sent the car back to the service bay, $400 later I had my X-5 back. The reason stated for not finding the "problem" was that the diagnostic that would have picked up the problem was not performed (even though the car came in for service with that light on). Conclusion: even though we love our X-5, the service I have received over the past 10 years from three different BMW dealerships has convinced me that a BMW will not be in my future. More

He was knowledgeable, understanding, caring, supportive, and did not pressure me one bit. All he wanted was for me to be as happy as I possibly could be with my purchase no matter how long it took for me to find the right vehicle. He even stayed late one night and came in on his day off the day that I made my purchase. He is an outstanding salesman and even better person who really cares about all of his customers. He treats you like family. More
