Buying my new car from Dylan was a great exprience. I didn't expect to buy so soon and actually enjoy the whole process. I always buy pre-owned cars with minimal mileage, and have most often buy from private individuals, because I dislike the typical sales pitch and assume it wil be a total hassle. The BMW team at Annapolis BMW was customer friendly, listened to our concerns, responded in a timely and professional manner and provided quality srvice at every point in the sales experience. I had anticipated the whole process would be a frustrating and cumbersome experience, however I was delighted with the outstanding service. I would strongly recommend this BMW dealer to anyone shopping for a BMW...Plus I now have the peace of mind that my car has a nice 100,000 mile coverage. As a woman, this was important to me. Overall one of the best experiences we have had buying a car. Their website is great and allowed me to see that they had the exact car that I wanted at a fair price. Everyone we dealt with was professional, but at the same time very personable. The only minus in the process was them trying to pressure me in buying on the last day of the month. We live over a hour away and had no intenetion in going up there after work. I said thanks anyway, I want my deposit back, and they backed off. This was a catr that has been on the lot for almost a year. I understand them wanting to get rid of it, but the high pressure thing did not sit well with me. Harry was great. I would work with him again anytime. Frank the sales manager was also good. He has moved on, so they will have a new sales manager. David was our financial guy. Again very professional.
