Annapolis BMW has reacquired my business, since changing ownership from Tate BMW to Annapolis BMW, with both their service department and sales. Brian Mixon is a breath of fresh air to work with. Jane in Service provided outstanding customer service and changed my entire outlook on the dealership as a whole. Brian was awesome! I came in to test drive a used Honda & a Toyota that was in stock. Since I needed a car but really had no desire to buy a newer one, I wasn't planning to find something that day.
