Recently purchased a BMW X5 from BMW of Annapolis and could not have had a more positive experience. The inside rep asked great questions, took my requests around the price, and initiated a dialogue with the management team (to save me the trip from DC). We quickly agreed to a ballpark, thus saving me another time-consuming process, I was engaged with a more senior Sales Representative, Brian, who took the time to ask questions about each car that I was considering from other dealers. We sat down, went through each competitor piece by piece, and understood why each were priced the way they were. No games, no pressure, just the facts and a solid business conversation about what they could and could not do. In the end, I settled on a car that was not only phenomenal in its value, but on a deal that was fair, honest, and respectful. I recognize that others have had bad experiences with this group in the past, but could not speak highly enough about the service before and after the sale. Brian (and his supporting team) took a great approach, were incredibly friendly throughout, has followed-up numerous times to ensure all was right *after* the sale, and demonstrated genuine care towards ensuring I'd be a repeat customer. From the moment I entered the doors, the guys were amazing. However, Bryan Mixon was instrumental in getting me financed--even though my credit history did not immediately qualify me.
