This is my second purchase from this dealership. The only reason why I returned back to this dealership for my second purchase was because of the sales associate Thomas Bedell. When I purchased my first car from BMW Annapolis Mr. Bedell, went above and beyond to provide me with an excellent buying experience. Therefore, when it was time for my second purchase I had to return back to BMW Annapolis. My second purchase experience with Mr. Bedell, was even better then the first. Service people are nice but they did not properly explain or make sure the customer understood what they’re are signing. He said he will call and provide an explanation for the services that will be needed b or make sure the customer understood what they’re are signing. Instead, sent the pre approved work, while they’re doing the service already. And always NO AVAILABLE LOAN CARS! My experience with them is always not pleasant! If there’s a department that they need to improve BIG TIME, it’s their SERVICE DEPARTMENT! You got to love the cars and the customer! More
