She established trust and excellent relationship by doing follow-ups and provide options and choices throughout the entire process without once complaining!!! This is what I call customer service that is missing in most of high end car dealerships. I was looking to trade-in my X3 BMW with a BMW motorcycle. She did extensive search on her own to see if any dealership would offer that. Once she realize they do not have that option, she politely notified me, and asked me if I would reconsider getting smaller BMW model? WOW. She is a gem! I hope BMW consider her for promotion and give her the opportunity to excel, she deserves every ounce of it. Michael More

I was coming off lease with an extremely low mileage, clean car, and I had a rebate from USAA for lease or purchase of a new car,, but the salesperson failed to tell me about the 1250 special incentive f clean car, and I had a rebate from USAA for lease or purchase of a new car,, but the salesperson failed to tell me about the 1250 special incentive for returning leases or the first month refund that BMW is offering. He was in a big hurry to get me to commit to leasing a new car, which I did. I went back the next day and the salesperson said he had NO idea what the BMW promotion was. Unbelievable that a salesperson working for a BMW dealer does not know the current promotions. I feel taken advantage of and the manager smiled at me and hoped I would just go away. I am not happy. I came in to the BMW of Annapolis dealership for routine maintenance and was immediately greeted by Jeremy Miller. He was very friendly and welcoming. Dan Rykiel spent half of a Saturday with us explaining the differences in the various types of BMW SUVs we were interested in and letting both my wife and I test drive each model. Once we decided on the model, Dan spent an addition 3 hours explaining all the options we could order and gave us a detailed pricing of the vehicle equiped with the various options. When we came to pick up our new BMW X3, Dan gave us a one hour tutorial on how to operate the vehicle and invited us to come back the following Saturday when he spent 3 hours teaching us how to use all the technology options we had purchased. We never felt rushed and feel comfortable giving Dan a call to ask any questions we have concerning the operation of our new BMW X3. More

Made an appointment with Bryan Mixon to test drive the vehicle. 4. Upon arrival at the dealer ship, found it to be easy to get to, very clean and Bryan ready to take care of my needs. 5. After Bryan got my basic information, we checked out the 2013 X3 28i that I was interested in (the one on their web site). What I found interesting is that the vehicle had more options than was depicted on their web site. This made me happier. 6. I test drove the vehicle under the conditions I wanted to see the vehicle perform with no pressure from Bryan to do something different. The vehicle performed much better than I expected. 7. When we sat down to crunch the numbers, I told Bryan that I was not going to beet him up on the price, that I wanted him to sharpen his pencil and have both of us come out with a win / win scenario. I wanted to save money and still have him make money so that we were both happy. On their first try, they gave me a far price on my trade-in (a 2012 sonic), a great rate on finance and monthly payment that I wanted to be at. We had everything done in less that one hour. 8. We than spent the next hour going over all the systems on the vehicle. 9. Last,I was introduced to their service dept.They explaned what I needed to know. 10. To summarize, found the dealership to be friendly, sales rep knows the product, finance dept was on top of their game, and had a great experience in buying the new BMW. More
