Very pleasant buying experience Hunter was an energetic and helpful sales consultant. He was respectful of our time on the day of sale and also the day we picked up the vehicle. Hunter turned us over to a product "guru" on delivery day who showed us all the important features of the car that we needed to know before leaving the lot. Hunter also offered to schedule an appointment at our convenience for a more in depth "schooling" on the other convenience/premium features (we'll probably do this!). The Annapolis BMW team (sales consultant, sales manager, product guru, detailing team, business manager) were easily the most enthusiastic group of employees about their company/brand that I had ever see. Very impressive. I bought another car from them that same weekend. Very pleased with the whole experience. More

Hunter Lowe Lappen totally wowed my husband and me with his vast knowledge of the BMW products. He intelligently explained the new technology with incredible patience and kindness. I do NOT like the process of buying a new car. Hunter lead us through this process with aplomb!! We did not just buy a car. We entered the 21st century with an understanding of how the technology works; and we bought one "previously owned" vehicle and one brand new! I have driven Suburbans for years and I went to a 3 utility (and so luxurious and comfortable) vehicle with total confidence. All this occurred because of Hunter Lowe Lappen!! He has a remarkable relationship with the dealership of "BMW of Annapolis" and they with him. It is the absolute best dealership that I have ever dealt with...from top to bottom.
