He walked me through the inventory and handled my trade in and I was able to get out there in less than three hours with my new car. Excellent!! More

DON'T GO HERE, WASTE OF MONEY I just wanted to state that I am not pleased with the service I have received from this dealer. My BMW has been in 2 times to get an issue with the br I just wanted to state that I am not pleased with the service I have received from this dealer. My BMW has been in 2 times to get an issue with the brake lights fixed, both times all they've done is replaced the brake light, charged me for it, and then the issue comes right back on literally the second I leave. I have told them replacing the brake light bulb over and over like this is not going to fix the issue and that there is something else that needs to be done, and they continue to rip me off like this. More

Advisor not properly trained and asked for perfect survey We worked with a sales associate who sits at the first desk to the right when you walk in the building. As he was young my wife and I overlooked this. However we were told the vehicle came with specific packages and amenities that were important to us. After we purchased the vehicle (we felt very rushed) he told us he was mistaken and the SUV did not have the specific packages we requested. Not only was I appalled at this but what floored us was he asked for a perfect survey "as it completely reflected on him and not the dealership" which is extraordinarily hard to believe. Not only did this make us feel pressured but it made us feel extremely uncomfortable as he did not earn or deserve perfection on the survey received via email. If this is something common the client advisors do I would like to express how much of a deterrent it is and we will not be back at BMW of Annapolis to purchase our next vehicle More

I had been looking for a few months and couldn’t find any dealer to give me competitive rates with the features I I’m so happy to finally find my BMW! I had been looking for a few months and couldn’t find any dealer to give me competitive rates with the features I was looking for. I found one with the features I was looking for online, called and spoke with David Mier (General Sales Manager). He was very transparent and gave me competitive rates for the car. I had tons of questions. David was so patient with me, took time to answer all my questions over the phone and I didn’t feel rushed. I felt so comfortable that I drove about an hour to BMW of Annapolis to meet with David and Todd McIntyre (Client Advisor), I was blown away! They were so warm and welcoming and I could tell they were genuine and were willing to work with me. I went on a test drive, loved the car and now I’m proudly leasing the BMW I have been looking for! Thanks so much David and Todd! It was a pleasure working with you! I’ll surely be back! More

I reached out on social media and he instantly responded come in for a test drive we see what works and what you like. He had the cars ready to go and waiting out front. Didn't waste my time and let the car sell itself. No sales gimmicks or games to deal with. I decided on a car let him know. They had the paperwork ready for me the next morning 10am. I was in and out by 1130am in under 2 hours. My car of choice was a 2016 M235i X-Drive. Special thanks to Hunter Lowe Lappen and Dave Mier for getting my perfect car. The dealership isn't huge and the service waiting room isn't that fancy,but they do have lots of snacks and beverages to chose from while waiting for The dealership isn't huge and the service waiting room isn't that fancy,but they do have lots of snacks and beverages to chose from while waiting for your car to be serviced.But,the surprise was how the service associate,Jeremy,worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done.Not only that,when I questioned the charges, he somehow found ways to lower my bill.Now who wouldn't be happy about that?My loaner car,no charge,was excellent and a clean,fixed car to leave the dealership....priceless! More
