I had a tire that needed repair. Not a major mechanical issue, but one that would have caused major inconvenience - I needed the tire repaired quickly. The tire needed to be replaced, and the service rep made sure we got the the order in in time to get the tire changed that day, and shepherded it through the shop to make sure it was done by the time promised. Completely in keeping with previous experiences with this dealership. I recommend them highly. More
My wife and I purchase a new BMW 320i from Ben Allen earlier this month. We are located in North Carolina but found our perfect car on the lot at BMW of Annapolis. It was one of only 2 cars with those options in the US. I spoke with Ben Allen over the phone and we were able to iron out the deal quickly. I received a great price on the car and Ben is the best client advisor that I have ever worked with. A few days later we drove to Maryland to pick up the car. Ben greeted us right when we walked in and the car was waiting for us in the showroom. The paperwork was a breeze and the business manager Richard Saah was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and did not try to pressure us into any of the extended warranty packages like some other dealers have in the past. Ben spent quite a bit of time with us explaining all of the features of the car to my wife, even staying an hour after the dealership closed on Saturday. He is a true enthusiast and seems to genuinely love his job. We will certainly be coming back once our lease is up. Thank you! More
I bought a new 3 series form Dylan Rausch at BMW Annapolis this week and could not be happier! I started looking a few months ago and told Dylan when I was ready I would come in and by from him...h Annapolis this week and could not be happier! I started looking a few months ago and told Dylan when I was ready I would come in and by from him...he was patient and respected my wishes of no "annoying sales calls". When the time was right (Tuesday) I went into the dealership and told Dylan I was ready to move forward. Not only did he listed to my needs he really matched me with the right car. At no time did he try to oversell me on features I did not want or need. The approval / finance process was great, as were both the individual who approved my application and the final woman who ran through my paperwork. If you are in the market for a BMW go talk to Dylan....you will not be disappointed. More

She established trust and excellent relationship by doing follow-ups and provide options and choices throughout the entire process without once complaining!!! This is what I call customer service that is missing in most of high end car dealerships. I was looking to trade-in my X3 BMW with a BMW motorcycle. She did extensive search on her own to see if any dealership would offer that. Once she realize they do not have that option, she politely notified me, and asked me if I would reconsider getting smaller BMW model? WOW. She is a gem! I hope BMW consider her for promotion and give her the opportunity to excel, she deserves every ounce of it. Michael More

I was coming off lease with an extremely low mileage, clean car, and I had a rebate from USAA for lease or purchase of a new car,, but the salesperson failed to tell me about the 1250 special incentive f clean car, and I had a rebate from USAA for lease or purchase of a new car,, but the salesperson failed to tell me about the 1250 special incentive for returning leases or the first month refund that BMW is offering. He was in a big hurry to get me to commit to leasing a new car, which I did. I went back the next day and the salesperson said he had NO idea what the BMW promotion was. Unbelievable that a salesperson working for a BMW dealer does not know the current promotions. I feel taken advantage of and the manager smiled at me and hoped I would just go away. I am not happy. I came in to the BMW of Annapolis dealership for routine maintenance and was immediately greeted by Jeremy Miller. He was very friendly and welcoming. When speaking with him, I felt that my needs were being taken care of and he made my concerns his top priority.
