The experience was everything that you hope carbuying should be, a relaxed atmosphere, but an appropriate focus on the customer experience. Bing's straight forwardness and genuine personality was a surprising change to my car buying experience. honesty in the car business is something that i haven't seen that often and he offered that. i recommend anyone who wants a good car buying experience to go to him, he will take care of you and make sure you get what you are looking for. He was in no hurry to seal a deal and get you "right with the numbers for the purchase" we drove a few vehicles until i was sure that i found what i was looking for, he then proceeded to stay after the place closed to show me everything new about the vehicle even when his pregnant wife was waiting for him at home, you don't find that kind of caring and genuine personality in a lot of places and it was heartwarming to see. I recommend BMW of annapolis and his stuff for an excellent job!. More

This includes talking to the sales person, trading my old car and finish all the paper work and drive home new car. More

Very pleasant greetings from everyone we met and special thanks to our CA, Dan Rykiel, who is without a doubt one of the most pleasant, professional and knowledge folks I've had the pleasure to work with shopping for a new car. We chose another familiar route and stuck close to our roots for our next purchase, but if a BMW was in our future (and it was very close) Dan would have had the sale. No doubt the time will come to reconsider another BMW and Dan will be the first person I'll call. I highly recommend those considering a BMW to contact him as well. More

The receptionist was very understanding when I called at 7am, begging for an appointment. She worked me in to their schedule. I was pretty tense when I arrived because I needed to get the car fixed. Jane welcomed me when I walked in. Her knowledge and confidence put me at ease. She understood my week's demanding schedule and that my distance from home-to-dealer was too great to make a couple of trips this week. She kept me updated and, voila, I was able to drive home with a perfectly working car. Thank you Jane and BMW Annapolis Service Team. Job well done! More

Excellent commitment to customer satisfaction I ordered a BMW X5 several months ago. A month after the delivery, my son noticed an inch long cut on the back right side of the leather drive seat. N I ordered a BMW X5 several months ago. A month after the delivery, my son noticed an inch long cut on the back right side of the leather drive seat. Needless to say, I was very upset. I contacted Annapolis BMW. They arranged repairs twice. I was not happy with the results. They eventually replace my entire drive seat. I am very happy. I thank Mr. Bezanson and Arnita for going out of their way to resolve the issue to customer's satisfaction. They say it, but few actually do it under such circumstances. More
