Takata airbag recall After 2 years of trying to get my 2005 in for the airbag recall , I finally did today. Was told originally had to wait for parts, then would get a ca After 2 years of trying to get my 2005 in for the airbag recall , I finally did today. Was told originally had to wait for parts, then would get a call when they came in. Never received a call. Then had to call again, and again. When I received the 2nd notice on the passenger side airbag , I called again and spoke with Tabitha and told her what had been happening. She took care of it for me and made an appt that worked with my schedule and apologized for the inconvenience. Today I was pleasantly surprised. My service advisor was Jane King and she took very good care of me today. I received a loner car, it took about 3 hours or so for the recall service on both front passenger airbags like she said and the icing on the cake, they vacuumed the inside of my car and washed the outside of my car. Was very pleased with my visit today!!!!!.... More
