Buying a car in the age of technology is no small feat especially from the salesman perspective. There are so many resources out there to do comparative analysis before stepping into the shop. My most recent purchase (March 2021) from Andy Alexis at BMW of Annapolis. This was my 3.5 purchase from him over the last 15 years - I say the .5 because during that time I moved to Augusta Ga and he worked with me while negotiating a deal on an X5 there. I continue to come back to Andy because he is the BEST when it comes to knowledge, attentiveness, responsiveness and overalol ensuring customer satisfaction. Between my first X5 to my X6 now, he has been consistent with his approach and I never felt pressure. Most notably was this last purchase, (2021 X6), I did 90% of the work over email/telephone as I did not have the bandwidth to spend hours inside the dealership. From credit check, paperwork and financing set up -- it was seamless. When I arrived to the dealership Andy had the vehicle up front, cleaned and ready to go. I literally spend less than one hour at the dealership (signing papers and cleaning out my existing car included). I will always seek Andy no matter where he is to assist me in future car purchases. This dealership is not trustworthy!!!!! After, negotiating a few deals the finance officer changed some of the information we agreed upon on our contract without us (my husband and I) knowing. We were charged fee that we should not have been charged. After, several attempts over the last year to receive back these fees, the dealership still has not reimbursed the fee. The fee was at least $2000. We were going to hire a lawyer to solve this matter but will just be out of more money. So, Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make sure you read each document with a fine tooth comb, even after it appears they are giving you a better deal. More
