Unfortunately, I have to echo other concerns with the service department's mismanagement. It seems as though whoever is scheduling their appointments has no communication with their actual service depart service department's mismanagement. It seems as though whoever is scheduling their appointments has no communication with their actual service department, based on contradictory information when arriving at the dealership. Outside of that disappointing experience, I was also guaranteed a loaner for my appointment, yet the representative from Enterprise was late by more than 30 minutes. Annapolis at this time of morning is not a great experience, so another 30 minutes out of my workday was even more frustrating as traffic continued to build. I understand the business side of selling all of your used vehicles because the market's hot, but you should be able to keep appointments on time, and have enough vehicles for your customers. Bryan Hidalgo made what can sometimes be a stressful situation (buying a new vehicle) a very pleasant one. Our sales rep - Thomas Bedell - was incredible. He was professional, engaging, a technical expert and listened to our concerns and needs. We couldn’t be more ecstatic with the experience or the vehicle. We absolutely lucked in to finding the dealership as we drove from Dewey Beach, Delaware. It is a tremendous relief to now have the perfect vehicle for all of our adventures in the lower 48. Just a great dealership and team - with pricing up front and No hidden fees.
