Visited BMW Annapolis on 2 January 2025 for a recall service. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. The service specialist (Sean) however never responded to my text regarding vehicle status. Service Rep = 10/10 rating. Although the first rep I encountered pointed me to another rep because the computer work they were performing was of higher importance. Wait time f Although the first rep I encountered pointed me to another rep because the computer work they were performing was of higher importance. Wait time for loaner vehicle=9 (about 15 minutes) Cleaning of vehicle=6. Not sure what is included, Dash and console cleaned, inside windows were not touched. Need to make it clear what is included in a vehicle cleaning to set expectations. Multi-point inspection = 1, I did not receive any information regarding a multi-point inspection or XTime video (as per the invoice). More

It took almost 4 hours for the cars first service. No communication. Tried to contact service manager several times with no success. Left a voicemail that was not returned.
