Purchased a 1 year old 8000 miles Mercedes and when deal was made last minute added dealer fee. Purchased a paint and interior protection package for $600 and was never applied just put in car on floorboard was made last minute added dealer fee. Called and wanted a delivery time being out of state and never contacted car just showed up. Car was supposed to be perfect and been inspected. Front bumper had curb damage and front end had a bad vibration. Power locks made a terrible noise when unlocking. Car is under Warranty and went to our local dealer to get fixed. I thought I was buying from a BMW reputable dealer and not a buy here pay her. I tried contacting dealer twice and no response. I would not recommend this shady dealer. More
I schedule an appt to get my 2016 X4 in on Monday, I did not get a response until until later in the afternoon on monday when they indicated they wouldn't get to it until Tues. Tues I received an automated email quote, I approved the work, did not hear back from them until I called Thurs morning to find out what's the status on the approved work, they never received my response. Initial diagnosis uncovered a bad module, they ordered it and realized they ordered the wrong part. Fri, they finally get the correct part, but it didn't fix it, more troubleshooting uncovered another module, can't get it until Monday, they didn't communicate until Sat morning via text, they promised to let me know Fri by end of day. Monday morning 10 am I get a texted video telling me the car is fixed, but there seems to be a problem with the battery, no quote to replace or status if they are going to replace. 12:30 pm I call the service center to find out that my car is ready. At the end of the day all we want is communication so we can set expectation. People have days off, but no one tells you and no one follows up on the service work, I will recommend to all my friends not to buy a BMW, all because of the service, the same issues with Rockville, MD BMW.... When we picked up our vehicle it smelled like someone spilled gas inside, leaving that for another day. More
The dealership is unorganized on the backend, I was told a car was available at a certain price but when my buyers order had been sent to me the base price of the car went up almost 1/3 of the cars price. The team is not very professional, I waited 45 minutes by the time I walked into the dealership to receive any type of help. I would heavily recommend buying a BMW or whatever car elsewhere and if you find a car you like here PAY ATTENTION TO THE BUYERS ORDER. More
Dropped of car this morning for service with a promise of a loaner when I made the appointment. The service manager Eric was the most unprofessional service manager I’ve ever encountered. Their problem of not having a loaner was my problem. I was told I can’t help you if we don’t have a car. After driving all the way to Annapolis, waiting 45 mins and had to be home to watch granddaughter at 0830. This now became my problem to solve!!! Bad business Annapolis service -you never make a customer wait 45minutes to say no loaner. I was the second customer there at 7am. No excuse. Shameful!! The service manager needs to learn customer service skills!! The end result- I asked for my car back after waiting 45 minutes, being told “I can’t do anything if we don’t have a car”, due to the fact the Mis-management of this department. More
