The reason for the two stars is because on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022. I had an appt. for 10:30 and I arrived at 10:15. I own a 2015 BMW. I had a rear brake, rotor and a sensor pad replaced and I waited from 18, 2022. I had an appt. for 10:30 and I arrived at 10:15. I own a 2015 BMW. I had a rear brake, rotor and a sensor pad replaced and I waited from 10:15 to 2:00 to do a rear brake job. That was unacceptable to me. I have always taken my car to BMW of Annapolis to perform maintenance on this car and never had such poor service until now. I was very disappointed. More
They sent an initial email. I responded saying I wanted to place an order, and even sent them the specs- twice. I never heard back. Sales team and managers are a joke. Have no communication skills and when needing updates they are rude or say I don’t know. Blames everything on service and service is about as poor as you would expect from any dealership. You would expect to purchase a bmw from a bmw dealership and everything be smooth sailing. Sales and service I would have been better off buying it from Honda instead. More
