My wife has had nothing but frustration dealing with your Service Department. Everyone she calls they put her on hold for an incredible length of time and are not helpful at all. They transfer her to voicema Service Department. Everyone she calls they put her on hold for an incredible length of time and are not helpful at all. They transfer her to voicemails and she hardly ever gets a live person on the phone when calling. She recently a recall notice on her 2916 BMW diesel wagon and can’t get anyone there to make the required appointment to take care of the recall fix. BMW of Annapolis is always professional from the time you check in until you pick up your washed car. My car was serviced is less time than quoted.
