I dropped off the car for service late morning on a Friday. About 4 hours later I received a text with a video of the problem. I responded to the text around 4:30 pm with permission to perform the wo Friday. About 4 hours later I received a text with a video of the problem. I responded to the text around 4:30 pm with permission to perform the work. On Monday I texted when would the car be ready. The answer was ready for pickup at 1pm. Texting worked very well, no being put on hold or leaving a voice mail. Picking up the car was very fast and efficient. The whole process was very well done! More

Poor Service overall. I took my car in for a routine oil change and the next morning all of the oil ran out of the car onto my driveway. When I called service the 1st time I took my car in for a routine oil change and the next morning all of the oil ran out of the car onto my driveway. When I called service the 1st time, no manager or service agents was available to speak to me directly. The young man I spoke with asked me to bring the car in, I told him I was unable to drive it bc it no longer had oil and that would destroy the engine. I hung up and my wife was able to find another service number and that gentleman was a lot more helpful. He immediately told me to call BMW Roadside assistance to have the car towed in, took my information and said some would reach out to me shortly. Come to find out the casket/plug was not placed back on properly causing the oil not to remain in the car. They kept it overnight to ensure the oil did not leak again. They also cleaned the car underneath and when it was ready, they had someone bring the car to me which I appreciated and that gentleman said that they would have someone come back and clean my driveway. This happened around Dec 12th, we decided to call after the new year bc no one had called or come by to clean the driveway. After I talked to the service manager, he said he thought the service agent took care of it but he hadn’t. Someone came out a few days later and did a crappy job cleaning the oil. Whatever he put on the driveway actually made it look worst than it did before and it froze over the spot. He didn’t even let us know he was done, just hopped in his car and left. No one called to follow up or ask if we were satisfied and our driveway still looks a mess. More
