I saw excellent reviews pertaining to this dealership is why I went there. My experience wasn't so pleasant. I went there on appointment for a noise in my brakes and to have my wheels balanced. I was told that the technician couldn't decipher if the noise was coming from the front or back. Keep in mind that I'm at a BMW dealership with a BMW. I recently put new pads on the back and pads and rotors on the front( aftermarket).They tried to sell me ( of course) bmw hardware for $2600. I get it, its a business, but you couldn't tell me where the noise was coming from? I was also told that the tpm in one wheel came off, so I came in with no lights on the dash, and left with a tpm light that had to be ordered. I had to go to another establishment to have that work done. That's not all, but you get the idea. Never Again. I see why people go to indy shops and avoid dealerships. By the way, I was there 5 hrs.
