I have a few complaints about my recent service at the dealership. I brought my vehicle in for a noise in the rear passenger side wheel and it took three weeks to find out it was the brakes. I had to call daily for status updates from my advisor and the service manager and most times my calls were not returned. I ended up paying 1200.00 for things not needed which makes me skeptical of brining my vehicle in there again for service. More
I had a sensor malfunctioning for the last few weeks which has been driving me crazy. It’s been beeping any time I stopped and my parking sensors weren’t working. I went to the Alexandria dealership (waited 6 weeks for an appt) and when I got there was told it would cost me $200+ for a diagnostic even though my car has a year left on my lease and 10k under my max mileage, and he “didn’t want to charge me bc he didn’t see an error message on my key” so basically turned me away. So I made an appointment at Annapolis even though it’s further away, and got an appt in less than a week and they took care of my malfunctioning sensor without a hitch—apparently it was just the programming. Leagues better than Alexandria. I will always go back to Annapolis BMW for anything I need. Thanks Nick, Bryan Hidalgo and George for taking care of me today! More
