When I called to set up my first service, a loaner vehicle was not offered and not available. My wife has Lexis and it is never a question of whether a loaner is available. This dealership is very uncommunicative. I had to call multiple times to get any answers. I was told multiple times I would receive a call back from a BMW employee and I never did.
