I had the pleasure of getting my vehicle serviced at Annapolis BMW on 3-5-26. I called earlier to see if there were any available spots to fit me in. I spoke with Eric Fisher the service manager and he Annapolis BMW on 3-5-26. I called earlier to see if there were any available spots to fit me in. I spoke with Eric Fisher the service manager and he recognized my voice, greeted me with a professional tone and manner. I was able to get my vehicle in for service at a great time in the afternoon, and in no time at all my vehicle was in and out, washed and cleaned. Sean and Donate the service advisors worked collectively and as a team to expedite the paperwork for a smooth transition and Sean always offers insight into key ways to keep my BMW's running well on the performance side. Up front quote was given and I liked the transparency. The wait was a bit excessive (over three hours) I liked the video that was sent to me by my mechanic, but I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Horrible customer service, and discrimination. I am an Ohio resident who inquired on a 2018 Audi SQ5 on their lot. A sales rep contacted me by the name of Parsa Akbari, who was welcoming at first I am an Ohio resident who inquired on a 2018 Audi SQ5 on their lot. A sales rep contacted me by the name of Parsa Akbari, who was welcoming at first over the phone until I told him I had challenged credit. So he made the comment, well if you have already outside financial, or a check bring it with you. So I send him my trade information early afternoon, and received no response. Messaged him later that evening no response. So I called the dealership on today, and left a VM for the used car mgr name Chris, no return call. So I called back, and clearly he didn't care what I had to say, more of the tone get off my phone, I will have Parsa call you after I JUST TOLD him, I don't want to work with him!! So any way, Parsa calls me back, oh Sorry I didn't get back to you, I got busy, ok, you could've sent a simple text, easy communication. I'll get the number right over to you, and just hangs up the phone! Look, don't judge a book based on someone's credit, you don't know if I had extra money down, or just maybe pay the car off. I definitely felt discriminated on because when I tell you, his whole tone changed when I expressed challenged credit, and still received no callback or update on my trade. So NO! I don't recommend this dealer for its horrible customer service and discrimination acts. More
