Even under construction it was very clean/neat. Plus coffee was readily available. Since I knew, and said I was coming to get the BMW X3 I had my eye on, it was ready/ waiting for a test drive - s Plus coffee was readily available. I purchased a 2020 BMW X3 with the platinum warranty. I discovered within a month of driving it that the right daytime running light was dim. I informed the dealer and they told me that they would cover I discovered within a month of driving it that the right daytime running light was dim. I informed the dealer and they told me that they would cover the repair. While being checked in their shop it was discovered that it also needed a front end alignment, had worn tires in the rear and it needs a battery. They covered none of this so I went to the dealer and took my car back. Of course I had to pay$220 for that. Terrible More

Each time I’ve visited, they have been professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Most of the Service Advisors dont speak/acknowledge you when you arrive, they provide you with a number to contact them but dont return calls or texts with questions. I'm trying to determin if all or just when you arrive, they provide you with a number to contact them but dont return calls or texts with questions. Furrhermore, it doesnt appear that standard procedures were followed by the Technician during my last service. The manager is the only person who is responsive. More
