Practically, the Best BMW service center I have been to, having owned 4 BMWs so far. Jane King, the very first Service Consultant who took care of my appointment the first time I went to Annapolis remains t having owned 4 BMWs so far. All the Consultants or Advisors are cut from the same cloth: professional, very knowledgeable, consistent, and make the customer know they're part of the family. You get discounts you probably weren't aware of. Event individual part warranty the customer doesn't know about is brought to the customer's knowledgeable. For those who haven't been there recently, the service center has been temporarily moved to the building that houses the shop down the hill, while reno works are being done. Jane made sure I was able to settle in and find a work space while I waited for my machine to be service. She provided updates as needed with all the explanations necessary. I have driven the car now for a few days since service and...what can I say! They simply never disappoint, the reason why BMW of Annapolis is a cut above, and always strives to stay above the fray. To Jane, all the service advisors and especially the unseen crew behind the curtains in the shop, thanks a million for all you do. You represent the BEST of the industry. I absolutely dreaded car shopping (which is why I was replacing a 14-year-old car). A good friend of mine recommended BMW of Annapolis, and the experience could not have been better. When I came in, I met Grant and Dan and they were both very helpful, even before I arrived at the dealership they gave me quite a bit of good information on the buying process. I was able to test drive and look at a few models and never felt pressured. I went home and reach back out to Grant later in the week to talk about a potential deal and we worked everything out in email. I was given a really good deal and a reasonable amount for my trade-in. I will definitely make the trek back to Annapolis for any BMW purchases I make in the future. More
