I absolutely dreaded car shopping (which is why I was replacing a 14-year-old car). A good friend of mine recommended BMW of Annapolis, and the experience could not have been better. When I came in, I met Grant and Dan and they were both very helpful, even before I arrived at the dealership they gave me quite a bit of good information on the buying process. I was able to test drive and look at a few models and never felt pressured. I went home and reach back out to Grant later in the week to talk about a potential deal and we worked everything out in email. I was given a really good deal and a reasonable amount for my trade-in. I will definitely make the trek back to Annapolis for any BMW purchases I make in the future. More
