Fantastic customer service I purchased my 335 CPO from this dealership and I don’t think my experience could have been any better. Alex, the sales representative was absolutely I purchased my 335 CPO from this dealership and I don’t think my experience could have been any better. Alex, the sales representative was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I have been visiting multiple dealerships but never got the knowledge and friendliness I got here. You could tell how much love Alex has from the brand right away. He drives one, and knows all there is to know about thes cars, the mechanics behind them and what makes them amazing automobiles. Also, as I have stated, Alex not being pushy let the car spek for itself and made me trust him even more. I entered the deslership with the idea that all car dealers are xxxxxxxx and left impressed with the fact that it was not true. To say the whole staff went above and beyond would be an understatement, and I am grateful and happy to now be part of the BMW family. I would recommend this dealership and especially Alex to anybody in the business to buy an amazing driving machine. Also, the financial manager (Ray) made time to meet me at a personal level and also made extra efforts to make sure I was getting the best financing possible. As I for some reason got denied for the credit he made sure it was not a mistake (which it turned out to be) and i left home with the car of my dreams and a great deal all thanks to him. More
Not Going Back... Ever I came here with my brother in law on a Wednesday like 2-3 weeks ago. I was on PTO to shop for an X5 that he wanted to buy and I was the translator. T I came here with my brother in law on a Wednesday like 2-3 weeks ago. I was on PTO to shop for an X5 that he wanted to buy and I was the translator. This dealer (sales rep Justin Fagan to be precise) treat you like trash. I think it was because I just woke up and put on a jacket over my house clothes because my brother in law asked to go in a rush. His wanted to see his options and this sales rep didn’t even want to give any number. We should’ve went somewhere else instead of wasting our time here. Today, we had to rush and buy an used 5series just to get a car for him since his lease ended. Now he plans to buy the new x5 model when the new model comes out in 2018. But yeah, he is not going to come back here. More

Excellent Service Regardless of the Isse I'm a difficult person to please but these guys always managed to send me on my way happy regardless of the situation. Most of the time it's an easy visit and Dusty always has time to personalize the visit by sharing a story or two before departing.
