Stuart made my first time car buying experience wonderful. After checking out other dealerships all day, my parents and I ended up at BMW of Ann Arbor toward closing time. I found a Volkswagen Jett wonderful. After checking out other dealerships all day, my parents and I ended up at BMW of Ann Arbor toward closing time. I found a Volkswagen Jetta that I liked, but found out it had been sold. Stuart showed me other cars in my price range including cars that had not been put out on the lot yet. None of the other cars were right for me so we left, but gave him our phone number in-case he got anything in my price range. Less than 10 minutes later Stuart called and told us that the Volkswagen had not been sold after all. We went back and Stuart took time away from his family to stay past closing to fill out my paperwork. Stuart gave great customer service regardless of the fact that I was buying a $10,000 Volkswagen and not a $40,000 BMW. More

When I drove up to the dealership, Stuart met me outside the door. His salesmanship was top notch, at no point did I feel pressured but he still managed to create a sense of urgency in me to buy the car. It the door. Darin Locks was one of the most personal car sales persons I have ever met. Usually in dealing with car sales people, I find them arrogant, condescending and only interested in one thing - a large co persons I have ever met. Usually in dealing with car sales people, I find them arrogant, condescending and only interested in one thing - a large commission check. This was not the case with Darin at all. He showed compassion, understanding, and warmth as a sincere person interested in making his customers feel welcome and not pressured. He is a jewel to this dealership and should be commended for his efforts in making this BMW dealership place where customers come first and not simply sales.
