And while I don't typically take the time to write reviews of this nature, the level of inclusion that the dealership has offered me warrants mention here. Moreover, while my satisfaction with every layer of the organization stands at 100%, it is the relationship that I've established with the service side that has connected me to the brand in ways that I had not expected. Under the leadership of Mark Wade, my service adviser Dusty Harrison has been not only a highly credible information source, but also an absolute ally in managing my vehicle's service schedule. Dusty has kept my Z4 up to date, and consistently exceeded my expectations vis-a-vis timing and professionalism. His ethic and dedication to my needs as a customer have created a level of trust that now permeates my entire experience with BMW of Ann Arbor. And frankly, when I turn the keys of my vehicle over to anyone, I want the fundamentals to be solid. As my primary point of contact with the dealership, I know that when I release my vehicle to Dusty that the foundation of trust we've established will be communicated every step of the way until I pick my car back up and drive off. Naturally, he was the go-to guy for me. After ordering a blue w/tan interior, after the car was in production I discovered my wife was not fond of the blue, I almost choked! I couldn't believe it, Erick and sales mgr Bryan allowed me to order another X3 in Dk Brown and put the blue one in stock. I could go on endlessly, The best car buying experience I have ever had, bar none! More

Great service experience I have been to this service center twice. Both times Dusty was my service advisor. Dusty was great; he entertained my 1000 questions about the i3 an I have been to this service center twice. Both times Dusty was my service advisor. Dusty was great; he entertained my 1000 questions about the i3 and the KLE update. He even let me go check the car out in the service area and talk to the technician. Each time I was there Dusty appeared to be the 'go to' guy for customers and his team. I was impressed how he handled the constant flow of people and how professional he was with everyone. More

Used car sale from Alex I was looking for a reliable used car for my time in Michigan. I needed a good car in a low price range. It was a good experience and Alex know what is talking about regarding the car. The engine and the components. The vehicle was delivered and looked amazing when I picked it up, so clean and shiny with my VIP tag hanging inside. It's the little touches that show the level of detail they go through to make the purchase a pleasant experience. Things like Alex saying "just stop on by any time and we'll top off your wiper fluid, no charge". Great job Alex, thanks so much, I'm just loving my new X4. More
