Service center forgot to pick me up Dusty called me at 3:30 on a Friday telling me that my car was all set. He asked me if I needed a ride back to the dealership. When I said I did, and Dusty called me at 3:30 on a Friday telling me that my car was all set. He asked me if I needed a ride back to the dealership. When I said I did, and told him I was available to go at any time he told me he would call me back. I called the dealership at 5:30, a half-hour before they closed, because I was concerned that I had not heard back from them. They said they could pick me up but not before I gave them payment over the phone. I refused as I told them I would not give payment until I saw my invoice. Needless to say they finally picked me up at 6:30 and I did not return to the dealership until about 7:00 PM. When I told Dusty that a courtesy phone call would have gone a long way, he told me that he planned to call me, but that he was swamped and couldn't make a call. I also found his explanation that they were swamped unbelievable, as I was the only customer who they picked up after 5:30, and I told him so. I also spoke to Mark Wade during this time and I stated that I found it very concerning that they treated customers this way. Mark told me that they did not treat customers that way, and I retorted that I was a customer and I was being treated poorly, which Mark had no reply for. All in all, a horrible experience. I have used BMW of Ann Arbor before, but after this encounter I will never go back to this dealership or service center again! More
