Service center forgot to pick me up Dusty called me at 3:30 on a Friday telling me that my car was all set. He asked me if I needed a ride back to the dealership. When I said I did, and Dusty called me at 3:30 on a Friday telling me that my car was all set. He asked me if I needed a ride back to the dealership. When I said I did, and told him I was available to go at any time he told me he would call me back. I called the dealership at 5:30, a half-hour before they closed, because I was concerned that I had not heard back from them. They said they could pick me up but not before I gave them payment over the phone. I refused as I told them I would not give payment until I saw my invoice. Needless to say they finally picked me up at 6:30 and I did not return to the dealership until about 7:00 PM. When I told Dusty that a courtesy phone call would have gone a long way, he told me that he planned to call me, but that he was swamped and couldn't make a call. I also found his explanation that they were swamped unbelievable, as I was the only customer who they picked up after 5:30, and I told him so. I also spoke to Mark Wade during this time and I stated that I found it very concerning that they treated customers this way. Mark told me that they did not treat customers that way, and I retorted that I was a customer and I was being treated poorly, which Mark had no reply for. All in all, a horrible experience. I have used BMW of Ann Arbor before, but after this encounter I will never go back to this dealership or service center again! More

After meeting Quentin Groce and spending time with him looking at a new X5 we quickly realized we were talking to the right person. Quentin was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time with us to make sure all of our questions were answered. After that the decision was easy. We knew we had the right person and the right car. Mo is an exceptional sales advisor and we were glad that it was he who served us! You don't see many sales persons who are authentically (!!!) passionate about their "product" (a BMW X1 325i, in this case!) and care about their customers -- and I mean really care and not just pretend to because it is expected... Mo made us feel very comfortable and special, and we actually ended up buying our new BMW at that day instead of waiting until August as planned! :) More

Q is not a question but all Answers. Mr. Q assisted me in my X5 purchase. He answered all my questions via emails and phone calls, while other sales folks demanding my presence to start a Mr. Q assisted me in my X5 purchase. He answered all my questions via emails and phone calls, while other sales folks demanding my presence to start a conversation. Mr. Q has vast knowledge in BMW models and he explained me differences and features of X5 that I bought. It was a very pleasant experience and I signed the papers in less than 45 minutes, which is less than drive time from Grand Rapids to Ann Arbor. Typically Q stands for Question, but in this case it turned out to be answers to all my questions on BMW. Thanks for all your help Q. More
