Great experience I worked with Alex in 2012 when I leased a 3 series BMW. When my lease was coming due, Alex contacted me and we setup time to come in so I could hear I worked with Alex in 2012 when I leased a 3 series BMW. He did a great job walking me through everything and presenting some nice offers for a new vehicle. I ended up signing another lease and am extremely happy with the car and the entire process. More

Excellent Used Car Purchase Experience Jelani was the person I reached on the chat. She was able to answer all my questions. I asked for an appointment 1 1/2 hours later and she accommodate Jelani was the person I reached on the chat. She was able to answer all my questions. I asked for an appointment 1 1/2 hours later and she accommodated me. She texted the salesman I would work with. When I met Eric, Jelani had informed him of pertinent information. Eric Griffin was my salesman and I highly recommend him. From the test drive to delivery he was professional, knowledgeable, personable, polite and thorough. He even prepared my coffee at both appointments. I asked to move the delivery date up a day, which was the next day. Eric readily agreed and scheduled my appointment for the next day. Both appointments were timely and pleasant. At delivery he took the time to show me all the features of my car. He even paired my cell phone and garage door opener. Ray Borg handled my trade in and additional services sale. In the short time I interacted with him he was professional and knew the additional services details and suggested which were best for me and the usage of my car. More

Excellent beyond the call of duty. We were driving from New York to Chicago and ran into electrical problems. They were courteous, competent, and reassuring. One mechanic stayed late to resolve our problem. The service advisor assured us he would make sure we were taken care of. Everybody in the entire center was so helpful. They really stood behind the BMW name. More

Missed out Deal! But good overall service Was almost closing in on a deal for a 2013 white 535X drive, my bad i was not prepared with research on value, called in the next day to find out it w Was almost closing in on a deal for a 2013 white 535X drive, my bad i was not prepared with research on value, called in the next day to find out it was sold! Somehow managed to find exact same car from Cole Nissan (Kalamazoo). Overall Mo did an Excellent job in helping me with the test drive and understand everything about the 535 which helped me decide to stick on with buying the 535X drive! More

Best dealership experience I have had! I had been looking for a BMW for awhile before I decided to check out BMW of Ann Arbor. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately helped by Mo Beidoun. Mo made the entire experience very easy and fun. Mo was very knowledgeable with every car we looked at, he showed me many options and not only was knowledgeable about every option but made sure it would fit all of my needs. Mo was definitely the most friendly salesman I have dealt with and seemed to truly have a passion for the cars he sold. I never felt pressured to purchase a car from Mo but his personality just made you want to buy a car from him.
