I dropped my X5 on 5/2 (Wednesday) for services 1) check left brake light and taillight 2) check transmission issues 3) program new key. I thought my car will be serviced the same day but I did not get a response, so I waited for next day by 1 PM and still no call. When I called to check I was told my adviser went on vacation and they are not sure who is handling my car, they took my name and info so that Service Manager will call me. I got call from Service Manager (Joe) that they are looking at my car. After an hour or so I got another call that they did not find any problem with brake light or taillight and the only think they suggest is to replace the housing or something similar at a cost of some $350. I asked about the transmission issue and the Service Manager indicated nothing is wrong. I asked if they programmed the second key and he said “I am sure they did because I see it list on service order”. I told the Service Manager that I will stop the following day (Friday) so I can show the Tech what I experience with transmission when driving and he told me that should not be a problem, however I changed my mind and I decided to pick the car on Thursday. When I went to pick up the keys and pay, the lady at customer service asked for my name but could not find the paper work, as she was trying to call the service manager she remembered that I have no paper work and that my keys were inside an envelope. I was kind of surprised that I have no paper and I don’t have to pay for anything such as checking the light, issues with transmission and programming a new key. There should be at least an hour or more of service charge. I took my keys and went to my car, when I attempted to try the new key it did not work. I started to think that they did not check my car for anything and they completely forgot about it. They might have forgotten since the adviser went on vacation and the papers for it were misplaced. The Service Manager told me that they need to replace the hosing for the rear light at a cost of $350 while it was just a bulb issue, because I went to auto zone and purchased 2 bulbs for $7 which I installed on my own and everything was working. I understand that no one is perfect and that mistakes such as misplacing service papers can happen, but in this situation all the manager needed to do was tell me the papers were misplaced and if they can have it for another day...I would have been more than happy to leave it for another day. I purchased my X5 early in the year but from another dealership, maybe they did not like that, but I doubt that is the issue. In conclusion I was expecting more from this dealership after all this is BMW. Also my brother who has 5 series was kind of surprised when I explained to him what happened. We both have the same service adviser and he indicated that he is the best there. I don’t blame the adviser, he just wanted to go on his vacation and we all can relate to that. However, I expected more from the manager. Maybe the manager was telling me what his Tech told him. I am not going to say that I don’t recommend this dealer to others after all they have good reviews, but always be careful. More
Service was OK - Gelsey was polite but in a kind of smarmy insincere way. At least they washed it and car was taken care of properly. I have had my 325i serviced at Daniels for many years with Joe Millington as my service advisor. Over the years, Joe has always advised me of what is needed to keep my car at peak performance, things I w with Joe Millington as my service advisor. Over the years, Joe has always advised me of what is needed to keep my car at peak performance, things I would have never though of or known about. He has pointed out things that, although minor at the time, could become problems later. Thus saving me both down time and a more costly repair. My phone calls are always answered or returned promptly and he is always very respectful of my time and schedule. No waiting when I arrive with my car and always finished when promised. 124,000 miles and my car runs like brand new! Everyone at Daniels is polite and feirndly and gives 100% to earn and retain your trust and business. I would never take my car anywhere else for service. I have complete trust in Joe and my mechanic, Mike. More

I bought my Black Sapphire BMW 650I from a doctor outside of Philly last year. I live near Dick Horrigan BMW in Reading, PA and cannot simply deal with those RUDE people over there. I drive an hour to Daniels whenever I need service because of my SA Gelsey Lorish. She is the nicest most respectful person I have ever dealt with. Super helpful, knowledgeable and will go out of her way. I didnt buy my vehicle from here but that should not warrant me from a good BMW service experience from a fine dealership and that is exactly what I love about Daniels. They take care of me and I feel good about dropping my car off there and paying the service. More
There was an issue with the service on my car. I called quite upset and the above named employees jumped through hoops to address it. They then went beyond that and fixed several things that they weren't responsible for covering and charged me for a only a small part of it cost. To tell you that it was a pleasure having a problem solved in such a professional, customer-centered way is an understatement. They turned what was a very upsetting situation into a very satisfying experience. I have always been a big fan and this makes me an even more ardent one. More
Today, December 28th I took my car for Service - I got in with no wait, and a car was ready for me to use while my car was with them for Service and when it was ready they called me and again with no wait I with no wait, and a car was ready for me to use while my car was with them for Service and when it was ready they called me and again with no wait I walked in and was able to pick up my car - looking clean as if I just got a new car and the Service Advisor was so helpful and patient with me and attended to all my request and answer all of my questions, I could not have asked for anything. I must say I always receive the best service from Daniels BMW, which is why I always travel from Washington, DC and make my appointments and business and I shall continue to do so. They always are very nice and show their customers a lot of respect. And they do not ignore you after you buy their car - if anything they treat you with more respect. In addition to the service, my X3 is amazing when it comes to bad weather. I feel as if the car takes control and gives me the comfort to feel safe. Because of the Customer Service and the well performance of the BMW, I must say the price of the car is well worth it!!!! And because of it, I plan to stick with Daniels and recommend them to everyone and anyone. More
Over a recent weekend, I had a problem with my certified used BMW 328i while on business calls. Three of my four doors would not unlock, nor would the doors open. My driver's side door only opened manually, and erratically at that. It was embarrassing because my passenger and I were forced to enter and exit the vehicle via the driver's side door, and on one instance we had to climb in through the window. Being a busy businessperson, I stopped by Daniels BMW the following Monday afternoon while in the area. When I explained my problem, one service person told me to talk to a person behind the counter. The person behind the counter told me to talk to a service person. When I expressed my frustration, the person behind the counter took me to see Eric Taglioli. I could tell that Eric was busy, and it appeared that they were not taking any more service calls because it was close to the end of the workday. However, Eric immediately recognized that I needed help, as I could not continue operating the vehicle if the doors would not open. He scheduled my vehicle for immediate service. Eric offered me coffee and a snack, which was much appreciated. It took only an hour to diagnose and fix the problem caused by a fuse. Eric had the car cleaned. His decision to allow me to have immediate service rather than wait several days for an appointment was the right one. I am very pleased with Eric and Daniels BMW as a whole. More
