Paperwork went smoothly and easily. Bought a used car but when it could not be delivered when I wanted, staff accommodated me with a new car for about the same payment. What and why a payment was comfortable for me was taken into account. Staff followed up to ensure I was doing well with my new car. My 2014 BMW was well-love by Daniels and me over the past 10 years.
