My experience at Daniels was very good. I went to some other luxury dealers in the area ( Lexus and Infiniti. Going to other dealerships like Honda, Toyota, Nisssan is a joke. Luxury dealerships are so much more laid back ) but Daniels was the best, though the Lexus dealership was good experience as well. I came back and forth to the dealership several times and was never pressured into making a purchase. In fact, after I had signed the purchase agreement on a Friday for a Monday pickup, Brad told me if I changed my mind over night he wouldn't hold me to it! Even though I had no intention of changing my mind, it really put me at ease that I had the option of backing out. Customer Service: Brad was great and made filling out the paper work a breeze. Also took care of my plates, which is nice since I live in NJ. Most PA dealers won't do that for you. Quality of Work: I have to admit when I first saw the car ( '07 328xi 6MT just off a lease ) it looked a bit rough. All rims were scuffed and some of the interior was worn. However, when Monday rolled around the car looked brand new. The rims were beautiful again and the worn parts of the interior were like new again. I was very impressed. Friendliness: The dealership was very welcoming. The women at the front desk were very nice to me ( on all 4 visits ) and Brad treated me like a friend not a wallet. The owner, Gary Daniels, even chatted with me for a bit and told me I could call him anytime if I had any issues. Overall Experience: I have to say it was very good and I will definitely recommend Daniels to anyone in search of a BMW. Price: I thought the price was great and got 0.9% financing for 24 months. I paid about $4,000 under what Edmunds.com's True Market Value was for the car! That doesn't even take in the fact that it has Red Coral interior with Silver trim, which is a rare combination to find. About me: I'm not a rich guy. I'm 25 years old and I pulled up in a dirty toyota camry. However, I was treated like everyone else. This says a lot to me since I think most people ( including myself ) feel intimidated by luxury dealerships. More

I FOUND EVERY ASPECT OF MY BUYING EXPERIENCE AT THIS DEALER POSITIVE. I WAS NOT PRESSURED IN ANY WAY, ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED FULLY, I WAS ABLE TO GET EXACTLY THE MODEL I WANTED. Great overall experience. Our salesman Jeffrey P. was incredibly patient as my wife and I made our decision. He allowed us plenty of time to talk by ourselves and was informative but never pushy. Additionally his knowledge of the car was outstanding. Even after he had made the sale he took about 45 minutes to help us set up our auto-adjust seats and explain all of the controls. I previously owned a 2001 330ci that was approaching 100,000 miles and felt it was time to trade up to something newer. My partner had purchased a 2006 325i 4 door from a local dealer and I was thinking 100,000 miles and felt it was time to trade up to something newer. My partner had purchased a 2006 325i 4 door from a local dealer and I was thinking of something 2008 or newer in a 2 door. We had driven by Daniels many times and knew they had a large inventory. We looked at their web site and decided to pay them a visit. We met with Brad on a Saturday morning about 10 am and spent the next 5 hours with him test-driving 4 different cars. Brad was very patience with us and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or not knowledgeable. While test-driving the different cars, he picked up on my likes and dislikes to help make a final selection. He recommended taking a 328-x drive out for a test, even though I was not too interested in an all wheel drive. He explained in simple terms how the x drive system works and I was very impressed with the handling of the car. At no time did it feel like an all wheel drive car. I decided on a new 2010 328xci in black. Time now to talk money and again Brad was pleasant and helpful with all my questions. He took the time to explain the difference between lease and purchase. When we decided on the price, I asked how soon could I take delivery? I had come prepared to trade in my older bmw right away, and in about 30 more minutes, we were on our way home with a new BMW! I was very impressed with the entire visit and purchase from Brad and everyone at the dealership. Both my partner and I were greeted when we arrived and everyone who we passed on the numerous trips in and out stopped to say hello and asked if they could do anything for us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant buying experience. We had purchased the 2006 at another dealership and the experience was not anywhere close to Daniels. We will definitely be back when it comes time to trade the 06 in and hope Brad will again be able to assist us. THANKS! More

I was extremely pleased with the Salesmen Gregory that I worked with. I felt he was attentive and patient to learn the specifics of what my desires where and tailored a vehicle to meet those specifics. worked with. These shared items were not not substantial enough to break the deal, but warrant a mention for others to know about. I am disappointed in that my request to provide at a minimal excellent Kelly Blue Book value was not honored, but I do understand the nature of business. I was not going to argue over 225 dollars, but it does make a statement regarding short term profit verses long term customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I am disappointed in the commitment to have two scratches removed from the vehicle which did not occur as discussed and agreed to have removed. I was not able to fully determine the scratches still existed the evening of pickup. One was on the gas tank cover and the other was on driver side near the hood. I realize the vehicle is used and scratches should be acceptable, but there is an underlying promissory commitment issue message in this particular situation. Please understand I am very pleased with the sales person, but have a grip regarding two incidences. However based on these two items I am not able to provide a 5 across the board. More
