I had a road emergency driving from DC to Bethlehem. I knew of Daniels having driven by it many times visiting Bethlehem and therefore headed straight to the dealership. Mr. Rodrigues could not have been knew of Daniels having driven by it many times visiting Bethlehem and therefore headed straight to the dealership. Mr. Rodrigues could not have been more friendly and helpful in assiting me on a repair that really had to be accomplished then and there. While waiting for the work to be completed, I had occasion to talk with Mr. Cossman as well as observe the Daniels Crew at work. What a great experience and would recommend the dealership to anyone. Just another reason to own a BMW, no matter its age! More
Went to purchase a new X3. Initially contacted dealership thru email, got a response from Dick Hughes, who I called directly. Very pleasant and personable on the phone. Explained what I wanted and set up an appt. for two days after I called since I was travelling to the area with my wife who had an appt. that morning. Met intially with Mr. Hughes and took an X3 out. Good test drive, it was obvious Mr. Hughes knew alot about the car. He made it very obvious how successful he had been in his career but not a problem. I had to go pick up my wife and bring her back to see the car. At that point, the dealership took the info for one of the cars I was planning to trade in while Dck went out with my wife and myself so she could get a feel for the car. All generally was positive although it seemed that he was getting a bit impatient with some of my wife's questions or comments. We returned to the showroom, decided not to go with the color of the vehicle we drove and basically started to discuss ordering from the factory. When we began to discuss price and the trade-in allowances, the tone began to change. I heard all about how he makes only $200 on a sale, the data on the internet regarding trade-ins is essentially bogus, any other offers higher than his for our trade in was only because the other dealers/manufacturers had trunk money available, etc., etc. For the one vehicle, that was fine and I understood the logic and it made sense not to trade it in but the prices were still lowball and basically eliminated the majority of any reasonable deal on the purchase price. But what really resulted in my ratings was when he took the position of telling us how valuable his time was and that he was worth more than the $50 an hour he would make given the time he would be with us. It was rude and unprofessional and basically had me at the point where I would not buy a car from Mr. Hughes or Daniels BMW - even though the one car they had in stock and on the floor is one I subsequently would have purchased. No matter what, I am still a potential customer, maybe not of a $90K BMW but if Mr. Hughes was indeed correct in his $200 a car, I would think he would be more reasonable and patient in making sure he took the sale to the end. Interesting in a visit to another competitor dealership (not BMW and not in Allentow), when I mentioned a bad experience at a BMW, the sales manager took a guess at what dealership and then which sales person and was right on both counts. Further, Daniels sales staff is second to none. Fortunately, when I came to purchase my second new BMW from Daniels, I was able to work with Bill Cossman. Bill is a true industry professional. Bill’s skills as a client advisor go well beyond selling cars; he is knowledgeable, welcoming, and most importantly easy to do business with. From order to delivery, Bill made purchasing my second new BMW (in the last 12 months) from Daniels, the easiest car buying experience ever. Daniels is fair on pricing, terrific when you need service (they will always schedule you with your personal service advisor and provide a loaner), and it is easy to see why they are ranked as the top BMW center in PA. A special thanks to Jean Falise, Daniels’ business manager, as she is always helpful; Jean made sure the paperwork was completed quickly so that we could go and enjoy our new vehicle. Daniels has changed the way consumers purchase vehicles. Gone are the days of haggling, sleazy salespeople, and “take it home today.” It is a relief to do business with a dealership who wants you to receive a fair price, have a client advisor who truly cares, and they are thrilled when you custom order your car direct from the factory! I just purchased my second CPO BMW from Daniels BMW and I can't believe how different the experience is compared to other dealers/brands I've dealt with in the past. Having been in sales and customer service can't believe how different the experience is compared to other dealers/brands I've dealt with in the past. Having been in sales and customer service myself, I know great when I see it. I've felt like a valued customer since before I purchased, and the outstanding after the sale service brought me back to purchase my second BMW. In my experience most dealerships and sales people really fall down on the after sale component of customer service, and it's one of my major considerations in being a return customer with Daniels. Carrie Fortune is my primary reason for returning to Daniels. She is fantastic to work with and never once was there even a hint of traditional "car salesman" in her approach. No pressure, no games, no cheesy sales pitch or close. I know I can trust her and that's extremely important to me. Carrie went above and beyond in helping me track down the best deal in financing and was extremely helpful in helping expedite the application process. This is my second purchase from Carrie and we've stayed in touch since my first purchase and there was never a question who I would work with to buy my second. I feel good buying a car from someone I know is genuinely there to help, and I've sent several of my friends in her direction because I know they'll be well taken care of. BMW's CPO program and the quality of the product gets people in the door, but customer loyalty created through outstanding service brings people back again. Daniels and Carrie excel at this in my opinion. More

My 530XI was out of warranty so I decided to try and save money on service by using a 3rd party facility. I had persistent problems with handling after having my brakes replaced. They replaced my bushings, money on service by using a 3rd party facility. I had persistent problems with handling after having my brakes replaced. They replaced my bushings, breaks and I even put four new tires on. The shimmy was still evident. I brought the car into Daniels with my head hanging for sure. Ethan and team fixed all my issues and the car rides like new again. Good service, fair price and I am now back to using my Dealer for service again. I learned that there is a lot to BMW factory authorized parts after all. Thanks Ethan. See you in a year. More
